The Top 3 are pitted against each other in the final show down.

The winner is the selected by our Judges and voting.

Entry & Participation:
** “The Company” shall mean Reliance Broadcast Network Limited, the organizer of the Contest, having its registered office at 4th Floor, Infiniti, Link Road, Oshiwara, Andheri (West), Mumbai – 400 053.
** “The Contest” shall be called the “Benadryl BIG Golden Voice Season 4” hereinafter referred to as the “Contest.” The Contest will be held from July 11, 2016 to September 15, 2016.
** “The Contestant” shall mean any person who, being eligible to participate in the Contest, participates in the Contest in accordance with the rules and regulations contained herein or amended and/or altered from time to time.

** “Prize” – The winner will get a chance to sing in a bollywood film or music album or in any other project as provided by RBNL. RBNL reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar or a prize of different nature at its sole discretion, either before or after a winner has been selected for this Contest without notice to the Contestant.

** The contest shall be divided in two stages i.e. Regional and National. There will be 37regions decided at the sole discretion of RBNL and people are invited to participate in their regions. A Contestant can participate by recording their auditions on the IVRS number or uploading the clips of their song through a microsite.

** Once the Audition Round is over, RBNL and/or jury (appointed by RBNL) will select one finalist from the Contestants who have been successfully completed their auditions from each of the 37 regions basis their discretion while also considering the vote casted by public.

** Top 37 contestants will be selected from the 37 region and out of the 37 contestants 12 contestants will be selected and the winner will again be decided basis public voting with the final decision being based on the National Judge’s rating. The final winner will win the prize.

General Rules:

** To participate in the Contest, Contestant / Representative must be nationals from India, and should be above 18 years of age.
** It shall be the sole responsibility of the Contestant to check the Terms and Conditions pertaining to the Contest from time to time.
** Persons must enter the Contest on their own behalf, entry by proxy is not allowed. The winner of the contest found to be playing the Contest again in different name will be disqualified from participating or receiving prize, as the case may be.
** Contestants as well as the winner/s shall be required to verify his/her identity, age and other details as required by RBNL from time to time and as communicated by RBNL. Such verification shall be carried out at any time as may be required by RBNL.
** The Contest will run as per the sole discretion of RBNL on any of its radio stations or other platforms of its group companies, it shall be the sole discretion of the management of RBNL whether to discontinue the Contest or to continue it.
** The Contest may run at the dates decided by RBNL. RBNL will be at liberty to change the dates of the Contest at any given time without prior intimation to anyone.
** Further, RBNL may at its discretion, extend the Contest to other cities without any prior intimation in this regard.
