You can use following media:
** Water Color
** Oil Color
** Graphite
** Charcoal
** Pastel
** Colored Pencils
** Pen and Ink
** Mixed Media
** Ball Point Pen, etc
** Digital Art is NOT accepted.
** Craft work is NOT accepted.

Number of paintings:
Only one painting should be sent by an artist.

Age Limit:
Any male or female artist of 6 to 19 years of age is eligible for Picasso Art Contest 2016 (Season 1)

How to mention age:
Mention the completed age. For example, if your age is 12 years and 3 months then you should write 12 years only. If your age is 12 years 11 months then also you should write 12 years only.

Entry Fees:
There is NO entry fees. It is FREE to enter.

Layout & Size of painting:
The drawing/ painting may be vertical or horizontal. Any size is accepted.

Subject or Theme:
You can draw on any subject or theme.

How to participate in Picasso Art Contest 2016 (Season 2):
Participation in Picasso Art Contest 2016 is a two step process:

Step 1: Participants have to send the image of signed drawing/ painting to paint4picasso@gmail.com with his NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, AGE COMPLETED, STATE & COUNTRY. The subject of the e-mail should be Entry for SEASON 2
(Please note that the signature of the artist on the painting should be clear)

Step 2: Fill the Online Form which is free. Click to fill the online form.
** Selection Process and Notification to winners.
** Best art-works will be selected by the jury.Winners will be informed by e-mail before publication of result.
** Rejection of entries. Do not make following mistakes.

The entries may be REJECTED due to following reasons:
** Your signature is not on the painting.
** Your art-work contains any objectionable subject or copyrighted material.
** You have not sent your art-work with your NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, AGE, STATE & COUNTRY.
** You have not filled the Online Form.
** The image of the drawing/ painting is not clear.
** You sent the drawings multiple times.

Judgement Of Paintings by ICE-PAPA approach.
Paintings are judged on the basis of ICE-PAPA approach. ICE-PAPA is acronym of Innovation, Creativity, Engaging, Perfection, Age of Artist, Presentation and Artistic Ability.
