Pravachan Ke Ganpati Contest Terms & Conditions:

** The participant singing in the video should be below 16 years of age

** Video length should be below 3 minutes
** The participation in Selfie contest is open to all age groups
** Winners will be selected depending on maximum likes on the link given by Pravachan Team
** Each participant will be required to provide information of their personal details like name, number, EMAIL ID age, etc. upon submitting their entry
** Pravachan has the sole right to select winners, change terms & conditions, pause or discontinue the contest anytime during the course of the contest.
** Entries can be uploaded/sent from the 5th of September, 2016 8am onwards to the 15th of September, 2016. Contest participation ends on the 15th of September 2016 at 23:59:59 hours
** Entries will be accepted only via Whatsapp: +918452035099
** Daily winner will be announced from the 7th of September 2016 onward, at by 6 PM on Pravachan App onelink.to/26rpd4.
** Eg. Winners of 5th September, 2016 will be announced on 7th September, 2016
** 5 Daily video contest winners get to win a Rs 500/- voucher each. Winners will be announced on the Pravachan app available on all android devices at Google play store and apple devices at app store.
** 10 Daily selfie contest winners get to win a Rs 200/- voucher each. Winners will be announced on the Pravachan App.
** 3 Maha contest winner results will be announced on 19th of September 2016 by 6 PM. Winners will be announced on the Pravachan App. The finalists will be selected based on likes & shares on video link and OUR Jury.
** 3 Maha Winners will be announced on the 20th of September 2016 by 6 PM

Winners:
** Winner will win a voucher worth Rs 5000/-
** 1st runner up will win a voucher worth Rs 3000/-
** 2nd runner up will win a voucher worth Rs 2000/-

** The videos used for this contest shall remain the exclusive property of Deltacore Media Pvt. Ltd. and will be used for any purpose at any platform existing or invented in future. All Intellectual Property Rights in the videos shall belong to Deltacore Media Pvt Ltd only.
** The participants shall indemnify and hold Deltacore Media Pvt Ltd harmless against all claim(s), losses, claim of rights and damages that may arise due to an act or omission of the participants, or with regard to the videos and photos submitted by the participants. Deltacore Media Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indemnification or any claim(s) therein under any circumstances.
