Taste Down Under Contest Terms & Conditions :

1. The ‘Taste Down Under contest’ (“Contest”) is conducted by Living Entertainment Enterprises Private Limited (“LEEPL”) in relation to the launch of LEEPL’s new food show titled “Taste Down Under” (“Show”). The Show which will be launched on August 1, 2016 and will be telecast on the channel ‘Living Foodz’ (“Channel”) at 10.00 PM every Monday and Tuesday.

2. The Contest shall be effective from 10.00 pm from August 1, 2016 until 11.00 pm on September 20, 2016 (“Contest Period”). Each day of the Contest Period shall commence at 10.00 pm on that particular day and shall end at 11.00 pm on the same day (“Daily Contest Period”)

3. Each person participating in the Contest in the manner provided herein below is hereinafter referred to as “Participant”.

4. During the Daily Contest Period, during the telecast of the Show on the Channel, Monday- cprorated herein by reference.One (1) multiple choice question pertaining to the Show will be asked to the viewer of the Channel (“Daily Contest Question(s)”). Thus a total of 16 (Sixteen) Daily Contest Questions will be asked during the Contest Period.

5. Each Daily Contest Question will be corresponded by multiple answers, one of which will be the correct answer. To participate in the Contest, Participant will have to SMS the answer to the Daily Contest Question in the following format i.e SMS TDU <space>Name <space> City <space> a/b/c and send it to 57575 (“Option Number”), during the Daily Contest Period, with their registered mobile number (“Answer”).

For sake of illustration, the Answer will be sent in the following format i.e A [space] XYZ [space] to the Option Number as provided in the clause above. The Answer is required to be given by the Participant within the duration of the Daily Contest Period.

Upon receipt of the Answer, Participant shall receive a confirmation reply from LEEPL in the following format:
“Thank you for your response. Keep Watching Taste Down Under and answer all questions to increase the chance of winning. *T&C Apply” (“Confirmation”)

6. A valid entry for the purpose of this Contest is where the Participant has submitted the Answer to the Option Number during the Daily Contest Period, strictly in the manner provided in clause 5 hereinabove, with their registered mobile number and who has received the Confirmation from LEEPL (“Entry”).

7. From amongst the Participants who have submitted the Entry, 2 (Two) Participants who have given the correct answer to all or maximum Daily Contest Questions will be selected and declared by LEEPL as the Winners of the Contest (hereinafter referred to as “Winner(s)”). The Winner(s) will be selected randomly by an automated system and there will be no human intervention/choices.

8. The Winners as selected and decided by LEEPL at its discretion will be announced after the Contest Period on the Channel as decided by LEEPL at its discretion. For sake of clarity, Participant will be considered as Winner only when he/she has been specifically declared as a Winner and not merely when he/she has been contacted by LEEPL.

9. LEEPL shall through its partner FCM Travel Solutions India Private Limited (“Flight Shop”) provide the Winner along with 1 (One) Companion, a 6 nights and 7 days tour package to Australia (“Prize”)
