MumbaiChaRaja.com (hereinafter referred to as MCR). By participating in the ‘MumbaiChaRaja Contest’ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Contest’), you accept, agree and assure the following:-

Terms & Conditions:
1. This Contest is open only to Indian Citizens residents of Mumbai.
2. You represent that you are legally competent to enter into and form binding contracts under applicable laws.

3. You agree to provide complete and correct information in respect of your identity, contact details, telephone number, age, sex. In case there is any discrepancy between what has been declared at the time of participation in the contest by you and the actual proofs provided by you then in such a case you will be disqualified from participating in the contest or from receiving gifts, prizes under the contest.

4. The contest shall be known as ‘MumbaiChaRaja Contest’ and shall commence on 6th September, 2016 to 14th September, 2016, (both days inclusive).

5. You can participate in the contest through Registering Online at ‘www.mumbaicharaja.com’. In no case shall MCR will be held responsible for any dispute between yourself and the service provider (Mobile Company) regarding tariff rate or otherwise.

6. You will be allowed to vote in the contest as many times you wish to vote.
7. You could win Prizes and be a lucky winner (hereinafter referred to as the Prize) etc.
8. The decision of MCR will be final and binding upon you and the same is non-contestable by you in any manner whatsoever.
9. MCR would announce the Winner on the basis of the contest detailed above. The Winner shall also be intimated at the email address of the Winner as available with MCR. MCR is, binding and non-contestable no co.
10. You agree that only two attempt will be made to contact you if you are the Winner, thereafter the Prize shall unconditionally and irrevocably lapse at the sole discretion of the management of MCR.
11. The Prize are non-transferable.
12. The Prize can not be exchanged / redeemed for cash or any other non-monetary consideration.

13. Minors below the age of 18 years are entitled to participate in the Contest. However, in the event that a minor below the age of 18 years participates and wins in the Contest he/she shall not be entitled to the Prize unless, he/she is represented by the parent/guardian, and the parent/guardian completes all necessary formalities on his/her behalf.

14. If you are declared a winner and you do not collect the Prize, in case you are required to collect the same as aforesaid before 4th October 2016 , in such a case the prize shall unconditionally and irrevocably lapse.
15. Employees, relatives and family members of MCR are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

16. All right, title and interest including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights in the promotional material(s) and any/all entries received shall vest solely and exclusively with MCR shall be entitled to use the database of the entries received or any information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purpose without any further reference or payment or compensation to the you as a participant.

17. MCR reserves the right to change, defer, alter or cancel this Contest in part or full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/ notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages.

18. Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment or representation by MCR to conduct further or other contests.
19. None of the provisions of these terms and conditions shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between you and MCR and you shall have no authority to bind MCR in any manner whatsoever.
20. By taking part in this contest you agree to accept all the terms and conditions stated herein.
21. MCR accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or any third parties.
22. MCR is not responsible for any system failure or breakdown in the Contest.
