Eligibility:
** This offer is open to all Indian residents aged 18 years & above, in the State of Kerala.
** Every customer purchasing (with full payment) the vehicles during the offer period will be eligible to participate in the Offer.
** By entering the offer, all participants agree to the terms and conditions listed herein. Non acceptance of any of these terms and conditions shall result in disqualification from the offer.
** This promotional offer is non-transferable. The participants cannot claim cash in lieu of the gift.
** Participation in this offer is optional.

Offer & Winner Selection:
** The offer is applicable for all purchases made between 10th August to 14th September 2016 and the winner will be declared through lucky draw in the month of October’ 2016.
** The winner will be selected by Tata Motors (hereinafter referred to as “TML”) through lucky draw using the random number method in presence of an internal auditor. The selected winner will be informed 30 (thirty) days after the end of the offer period by telephone/e-mail.
** The winner will be awarded the ownership of an under-construction 1BHK flat in Kerala and Tata Motors Ltd. will not be liable for any delay in full possession, quality and location of the flat and the same has to be managed by the Winner.
** The Winner will have to pay all the applicable taxes and other ancillary charges including but not limited to, stamp duty, registration, gift tax, VAT, service tax, octroi, delivery charges, possession charges, etc., as applicable.
** If winner is unable to pay the amounts mentioned hereinabove within 60 days post announcement then the gift will lapse and will under no circumstances be transferred or awarded to someone else. No new winner will be selected in case of such lapse.
** The Gift as offered cannot be transferred or exchanged. The winner cannot claim cash in lieu of the Gift.
