Slogan Contest:
** Customer, above 18 yrs of age and resident of India, is eligible for participation in the Slogan Contest on purchase of any of the Samsung Consumer Durable products from a Samsung authorized dealer in Tamil Nadu, if purchased during Samsung Smart Utsav i.e. between 15th September & 5th November, 2016.

** In order to participate, the Customer needs to purchase any of Samsung Consumer durable Product (namely Television, Home Theater System, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Microwave Oven or Air Conditioner) from a Samsung authorized dealer/outlet in Tamil Nadu, and register for the offer by sending the below SMS message to 56677.
** SAMTN<space>Invoice no.<space>Email-id<space>I Love Samsung because….(in not more than 90 characters) and send to<56677>

** The last SMS entry for the Slogan Contest participation would be 5th November, 2016 by midnight. In case the customer sends SMS in a wrong format, he/she will get an auto –generated message for re-sending the SMS in correct format.
** The Slogan Contest winners would be declared on 14th November, 2016. Total there would be 60 winners who would win either a free Panel TV or Frost Free Refrigerator or Top Load Washing Machine or Microwave Oven.

** Top 24 slogan entries would get a free Samsung Panel Television, next 18 slogan entries will win a Samsung Frost Free Refrigerator followed by next 12 slogan entries which will win a Samsung Top Load Washing Machine and the remaining 6 slogan entries will win a Samsung Microwave Oven making a total of 60 winners from Tamil Nadu.

** Before the winner is announced, there would be short-listing/selection process wherein the short-listed customer will be called through a call center to submit their documents within the stipulated time of 72 hours for verification. Only once the shortlisted customer meets the requirements, the winner would be announced on Samsung Website www.samsung.com/in/offer/diwali-2016.

Steps for Slogan Contest:
1. The best entries will be shortlisted by a panel of judges and winners will be short listed.

2. Shortlisted winners of the Slogan Contest will be contacted individually via SMS/call for verification of purchase details. The shortlisted participants need to visit www.samsung.com/in/offer/diwali-2016 and enter the required purchase details along with a scanned copy of the purchase invoice and PAN card. The scanned copies being uploaded shall be legible and clear.

3. Post successful validation of the details and documents uploaded, names of final Slogan Contest winners will be published at www.samsung.com/in/offer/diwali-2016 on 14th November, 2016.

4. A gift voucher will be sent to the winner through courier and the airway bill number will be shared with him/her. He/she needs to carry the original gift voucher, PAN card and original invoice of the Samsung product purchased (registered in the offer) along with the address proof to the same outlet from where he made his/her original purchase. The winner will not get a TDS certificate without PAN card details.

5. The winner will have to pay the TDS at the outlet at the time of redeeming the gift voucher. The TDS amount depends on the value of the product redeemed using the gift voucher. The amount of TDS will be mentioned in the gift voucher that will be couriered to the winner. The winner needs to carry a demand draft issued to “Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. payable at respective location” of the same amount to the Samsung outlet from where the product was purchased.

Bumper Lucky Draw:

Customer, above 18 yrs of age and resident of India, is eligible for participation in the Bumper lucky draw on purchase of any of the Samsung Consumer Durable products, if purchased during Samsung Smart Utsav i.e. between 15th September, 2016 & 5th November, 2016 pan India except in the State of Kerala & Tamil Nadu.

However, for purchases in the State of West Bengal, Assam, Orissa and Samsung branch office areas of Vijaywada & Vizag, the customer is eligible for participation in the Bumper lucky draw if he/she purchases any Samsung consumer durables during 1st September -5th November, 2016.

In order to participate, the Customer needs to purchase any of Samsung Consumer Durable Product (namely Television, Home Theater System, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Microwave Oven or Air Conditioner) from a Samsung authorized dealer/outlet, and send the below SMS message to 56677.

Steps for Samsung Smart Utsav Bumper Lucky Draw:
1. Bumper Lucky Draw will be conducted and the shortlisted participants will be contacted individually via SMS/call for verification of purchase details. The shortlisted participants need to visit www.samsung.com/in/offer/diwali-2016 and enter the required purchase details along with a scanned copy of the purchase invoice and PAN number. The scanned copies being uploaded shall be legible and clear.

2. Post successful validation of the details and documents uploaded, names of successful winners will be published at www.samsung.com/in/offer/diwali-2016 on 26th September, 6th October, 18th October, 27th October and 14th November, 2016 respectively.

3. A gift voucher will be sent to the winner through courier and the airway bill number will be shared with him/her. He/she needs to carry the original gift voucher, PAN card and original invoice of the Samsung consumer durable product purchased (registered in the offer) along with the address proof to the same outlet from where he/she made his/her original purchase.

4. The winner will have to pay the TDS at the outlet at the time of redeeming the gift voucher. The TDS amount depends on the value of the product redeemed using the gift voucher.
