My True Hero Contest:

** The contest will be live from 8th August 2016 till 30th October 2016.

** The contest period can be extended, modified or cancelled at any time at the sole discretion of Merck Ltd. Prizes and winnings may also be changed and cancelled at any time at the sole discretion of Merck Ltd. Participants are not entitled to make any claim on Merck or challenge Merck in this regard.
** Winners will be informed through an update on Facebook & Twitter or via the email ID provided by them.
** The winner has to reply on the notification of winning within 72hrs. Should this response, for no matter what reason, not be received, another winner will be appointed as substitution and the first mentioned winner shall not be entitled to make any claim whatsoever on Merck Limited.
** At the time of the winner announcements, winners will be asked to provide photo ID proof, sharing of which will be mandatory. Failure to provide the same will entail disqualification.
** Fake profiles will be disqualified.
** Should the winner have transmitted incorrect information which makes contact to said winner impossible, the said winner forfeits all and any prize won.
** This contest is valid only for Indian nationals who are 18 years and above.
** A single entry can be gratified only once during the course of this contest period.
** All prizes will be distributed after the end of the contest.
** Anybody trying to demean another person or the name of our brand, or submit any objectionable content, will be disqualified. And any such post will be deleted. Legal action will also be taken in such cases.
** Participants are voluntarily disclosing information and Merck Ltd. will not be responsible for any misuse of the entries by a third party.
** The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Twitter.
** Participants can give only that information that belongs to them. In case of information belonging to anyone else, Participants shall obtain requisite consents of the information owner before providing the information. Participants shall indemnify Merck and its associates and representatives from all claims that may be made in this regard.
** The participants providing information acknowledge and consent that the information provided may be used in future as per the discretion of Merck Ltd and the participants shall not entitled to restrict Merck or make any claim whatsoever on Merck Limited.
** Acceptance of the terms and conditions, implies that the user / participant hereby gives Merck the permission to use the entries for brand promotions in any manner Merck deems fit.
** Please note that the decisions of Merck Ltd. would be final. No correspondence would be entertained in this regard.
** Each term stated here is separate from the others. If any of these terms are found void or unenforceable by the relevant regulatory authority/law enforcing agency of India, that does not make the other terms void, and the other terms will remain enforceable.
