#Datsunlove Contest :

Every owner is unique and for every owner there is a different story to tell as to why they love their Datsun. For some it’s the thrill of the open road and to others Datsun is like their best buddy. To celebrate these Datsun stories, we will be running a competition, starting on 15th September 2016.

Terms and Conditions:
1. This Promotion is only open to legal residents of India, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.
2. No purchase necessary however a valid Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, account and internet access is required. You will need to create a free Twitter, Instagram or Facebook, account if you have not done so already.

3. Promotion Period:
Enter between 00.01 IST on 15th September 2016 and 23.59 IST on 27th October 2016.

4. To Enter:
a. Visit www.dastun.co.id/datsunlove and upload a photo of your Datsun car and use the tools provided to create a poster that expresses your love of your Datsun car.
b. Then share you poster on: Datsun’s Facebook page, your personal Instagram account or your personal Twitter account with the hashtag #DatsunLove and a comment about your Datsun

5. Further entry details:
a. Entrants must only submit photos that are their own work and are of their own Datsun car;
b. Entrants must not upload photos which have been previously published or won an award or prize via a promotion run by the Promoter or any other entity; and
c. Entrants must only upload photos that do not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, Other than that of Datsun) including but not limited to, ownership, copyrights, trademarks, patents, logos, licensing rights, rights of publicity or privacy or any other intellectual property rights.
d. All posters must be submitted using the correct hashtag and a comment.

6. By submitting your information and if applicable, creating a Twitter, Instagram or Facebook account you agree to the Twitter, Instagram or Facebook, terms of use and privacy notice. If you do not agree to such terms of use and privacy notice, you cannot create a Twitter, Instagram or Facebook account, or participate in this Competition.

7. Entries must include the hashtag #DatsunLove and must be made from an account that is able to receive Public messages. In addition, those entering via Twitter and Instagram must follow DatsunIndia (Twitter) on entry and after the end of the Promotion Period in order to be contacted if selected as a winner.

8. By entering the Promotion, entrants give their permission for their entries to be used by the Promoter without further compensation and no additional consent needed, over and above the award of the prize if applicable, for up to three years for promotional purposes to include publishing entries on www.dastun.co.id/datsunlove, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or other social media platforms. Copyright will remain with the entrant.

9. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be valid and no liability is accepted for illegible, incomplete or late entries.
10. Multiple entries are permitted providing that each entry is a different photo (although this can be of the same Datsun) with a different comment attached. Multiple entries of the same photo and comment on different social media entry platforms will not be accepted or judged and are ineligible to win.

11. The Prize: One winner will win:
a. Their photo being used in a compilation movie; and
b. A four night holiday to Japan including:
c. Return economy class flight from the winner’s nearest international airport to Japan for the winner and one guest:
d. Four nights in a three star hotel (sharing with breakfast) in Tokyo; and
e. A day trip to the Nissan Heritage Collection.
