Child Art Exhibition:

In the series of conducting artistic programmes, Kshitij has organized 7 National & 16 International Child Art Exhibitions up till 2015. A Staggering figure of 128637 participants from all over the world has esteemed the exhibitions organized by Kshitij & every year about 7000 participants increase the participants’ tally.

Art sees no limitations, it crosses all bars of caste, creed & culture to create diversity in unity. Art harmonious various cultures into one bonding & Kshitij is just a tool to do that. As the management of Kshitij we wish to create a diversified, modular, self-propelled interminable environment for upliftment & promotion of art.

We hope for a wonderful response from young upcoming artists & people from all sections of the globe to participate & promote the efforts of Kshitij. Eligibility For Participation:
** Each Institution/ School or a group of students should send minimum of 20 entries however there is no limit to maximum entries. Below 20 entries will not be accepted.
** Only Life members are allowed to participate individually. A minimum of 5 entries is require to be sent by a life member from India & 10 entries in case of International life members. (For Life Membership Form Click Here http://www.kshitij.org/’s.htm

General Rules & Regulations :
** Entry means a Painting/ Greeting/ Cartoon.
** Entries must be on paper.
** Entries can be in respect of any subject or theme. The student himself must make entries.
** No copied works are allowed. The works aided by some other persons, can be rejected at any stage.
** Art work can be made in any medium, like Water Colors, Pastels, Pencils or Paper Cuttings etc.
** Parcel of entries should be packed properly.

Every entry should have on its back:- (Use Only Capital Letters)
** Participant’s Name
** Group & Class
** School Name (in Short Form), City & Country

Introducing New Group (K) for small KIDS:
** Age less than 5 Year (Class KG, Nursery etc.)
** Teachers can help the students in Drawing & Guide them in coloring.
** Line Drawing Image on photocopy paper (A4/A3 size) can also be used for Coloring.
** Kids can use same or separate images for coloring decided by Teacher/Parents.

Age Group :
** Group K – Age less than 5 Year (Class KG, Nursery etc.)
** Group A – 1st Standard (Age up 5+ to 6 Year)
** Group B – 2nd to 3rd Standard (Age up to 6+ to 8 Year)
** Group C – 4th to 6th Standard (Age up to 8+ to 11 Year)
** Group D – 7th to 9th Standard (Age up to 11+ to 14 Year)
** Group E – 10th to 12th Standard (Age up to 14+ to 18 Year)
** Group F – For Handicap Participants (No Age Limit)
** Group G – For Life Members (No Age Limit)

Size of Art Work:
Size of the Painting/ Cartoon should not exceed 15″ x 11″ & Size of Greeting should not exceed 7″x10″. No mounted work will be entertained.

Awards :

** 25 Gold Medal and 25 Silver Medal for each group. (Medals are plated)
** Every Participant will be awarded a Certificate of Merit.
** A separate category of awards is made for Life Members and Handicap participants.
** Kshitij Alankaar Award will be awarded to Teacher & Principal who send entries more than 500.
** Kshitij Ratna Award will be awarded to Teacher & Principal who send entries more than 200.
** Kshitij Kalashri Award will be awarded to Teacher & Principal who send entries more than 100.
** Kshitij Prateek Award will be awarded to Teacher & Principal who send entries between 61 to 99.
** The prizes of those participants who cannot collect their prizes personally for some reasons will be sent by regd. post/courier latest by 15th March 2017.

Entry Fee :
** Rs. 90 per National Entry (from India) & Rs. 225 (Indian Currency or Equivalent Amount of other Currency) per International Entry (from other countries). One participant can send any number of entries. For example if a participant sends 2 paintings, 1 greeting, 2 cartoon then his total entries are 2+1+2=5 and his entry fees becomes 5 x Rs. 90 = Rs. 450 & 5X225 = Rs. 1125 respectively. (The institution/school calculated according to the total number of entries should send a single Bank Demand Draft/Cheque of total amount.)
** Entry fees should be sent by Bank Demand Draft only in favour of ” KSHITIJ “, payable at New Delhi or Gurgaon (Haryana).
** Entry fees can also be sent by A/c payee Cheque (payable at par through clearing) in favour of “KSHITIJ” (Only for National Participant)
** Entry fees can also be paid by E-Transfer (You may ask for bank details)
** Entry fees can also be sent by Money Order or by cash (only by hand) only for National Participants.
