Garnier White Complete Speed Access Pujo Pass:

1. Please read these detailed Terms and Conditions before participating in contest. Participation in the contest shall be deemed to be unconditionally and irrevocably acceptance of all the terms and conditions without any protest or demure.

2. This Offer is meant for Indian national residing in India only at the time of purchase as well as gratification. This offer is shall not be applicable to the employees, associates and their dependents, advertising and promotional agencies of this contest and L’Oreal Auditors along with their associate and all dependents (“Participant”).
3. This is a limited period offer. The pass is valid from 06.10.2016 to 11.10.2016.

4. This VIP Pass is valid for One Time Speed entry to 4 people in one of the following four Durga Pujo Pandals :

5. This Offer is applicable on the purchase of any Garnier Skin Naturals product (Excluding ‘Facewash 15ml’ and ‘Cream 6g’).
6. The pass has to be produced at the venue to the Garnier Promoters standing at the Pandal.

7. This offer is promoted by L’Oreal India and is being executed with the help of M/s ICONTRACT a division of Contract Advertising (India) Private Limited a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at Indiabulls Finance Centre, Tower-3, 15th Floor, Unit No.1501, Plot No.612/613, Elphinstone Mill Compound, Senapati Bapat Marg, Elphinstone Road (W), Mumbai – 400 013 (for brevity ‘Service Provider’)

8. No travel or stay arrangement shall be provided by L’Oréal nor the winner shall be entitled to any reimbursements. The winners at their own cost shall have to make their travel and stay arrangement.
9. All decisions with respect to this offer, will be at the sole discretion of L’Oréal and the same will be final and binding on a non-offer able basis.
10. No cash claim can be made in lieu of offer. L’Oréal shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in this offer.
11. L’Oréal reserves the right to use all assets (content/images) that get created with respect to by participating in this offer; the Customers accept the Terms and Conditions of entry as specified above in total. The offer reward is neither transferrable nor cashable.

12. The participation in the offer is purely voluntary and the same will be construed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein. L’Oreal reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, withdraw, change, alter or modify the terms and conditions of the Offer, at its sole discretion, without any notice at any time during the validity of the Offer.
