#NightsOfEnvy Contest 2015:
#NightsOfEnvy Contest (“the Contest”) is a contest launched by Samsung India Electronics Private Limited (“Samsung”), valid throughout India except in the States where prohibited by law.

The Contest will start from 26th August, 2015 (“Contest Day”) till 18th September, 2015 (“Contest End”) (referred to as “Contest Period”).

Contest Definition:
The Contest requires the Participants to upload their stunning pictures with a 140 character text describing why they deserve to be part of the Samsung Galaxy A8 Nights of Envy contest. Upon submission of the picture and the description, the submitted content will be reviewed and the participants whose pictures will be approved will get an email from Samsung confirming the same. The users whose entry has been shortlisted will need to thereafter garner votes by sharing his/her entry on his/her Facebook profile page to be eligible for the final gratification. The final winners will be selected as a combination of the maximum votes garnered on the contest microsite and by choice of an external expert third party consulting agency, who manage the celebrities (Panel & Panelist).

How to participate:
** Upload the most stunning, showstopper picture of yourself.
** Tell us within 140 characters why you deserve to be a part of Galaxy A8 Nights of Envy.
** Your entry will be sent for review to our panelist.
** Once approved, get your friends to vote for you, and our panel will select winners out of the most voted entries.
** Only one entry per participant is allowed so make sure to put up your best picture.

General terms and conditions of the Contest:
** The Contest is valid for Indian Citizens who have attained the age of 18 years or above, except employees and family members of Samsung and its affiliate / associate / subsidiary companies and their suppliers, advertising agencies and event management companies (“Participant(s)”). Entries by person below age of 18 years shall be disqualified.

** The Contest invites the Participants to login with facebook and submit their entries on the microsite –

** Participants whose entries are shortlisted will get displayed on the above mentioned microsite

** Any response received from any Participant after 18th September, 2015, shall not be considered for the Contest.

** Post receiving all valid entries till 18th September, 2015, Samsung shall select the winners based upon the entries selected by panelist. The Contest results shall be declared on September 26th, 2015.

** Participation in the Contest implies that Participants agree to all Terms & Conditions of the Contest. Anybody found using any unfair means will be immediately disqualified.

** The participation in the Contest is voluntary. Participation in this Contest constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. By participating in this Contest, Participant agrees to receive communication(s) from Samsung and/or its event management company relating to the Contest and Participant unconditionally agrees not to make any claim or raise any complaint against Samsung and/or its officers, directors, employees, subsidiary or any authorized third party agency in this respect.

** This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform. The Participant will be providing their information to Samsung and not to social media channels. By participating in the Contest, the Participant hereby consents to the accessing of information of the user on social media platforms of Samsung India or anywhere else by Samsung and/or authorized third party agency for the purpose of this Contest.

** Further, Samsung shall be at liberty to use the entries received for its media coverage, advertisement or publicity in any form which is existing today or will be known anytime in the future without any further consideration to the Participants including promotion of any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by it;

** Participant(s) agrees that all/any content posted by him/her with regard to the Contest, in any forum online or offline are their responsibility.

** No other Offer or Contest can be clubbed with this contest.

Prizes and Selection of Winners:
** There shall be three winners for this contest – One Grand Prize winner & two consolation Prize winners.
** Two consolation winners will get a Samsung Galaxy A8 each
** The winners shall be selected by Samsung or its authorized third party agency basis the best entry received, votes garnered in the contest microsite and by choice of the expert panelist. The decision of Samsung shall be final and binding.
** The quality of the image as well as description shall also matter in selecting the winners. The content should be relevant to the communication.
** The winners shall be announced by Samsung or its authorized third party agency by 26th September 2015. The results shall be uploaded on Samsung’s social media platforms i.e. Samsung India Facebook and Samsung India Twitter Pages. The winners shall also be informed through an email if the details are available.
** Only the actual Grand Prize winner shall be eligible to get the gratifications for the envied life. Neither any other person can replace him/her or accompany him/her for the same.
** The Winners will have to send a copy of PAN Card (Self attested), Photo ID Proof i.e. copy of driving license or Passport or Voter ID Card or Ration Card (Self attested), Address proof: Driving license / Passport / Voter ID Card /Electricity Bill (shouldn’t be more than 6 months old) (Self attested) in the manner and within such time period as provided in the email which shall be sent to the him/her informing about the results.
** Samsung reserves the right to ask for any other document or information from the winners at its sole discretion.
** The applicable tax, if any, for the prize will be borne by the Winners. Samsung or its associate companies shall not in any manner be liable or responsible for the same. Winners would be required to send a demand draft in favour of “Samsung India Electronic Pvt. Ltd.” of the applicable tax amount and payable at New Delhi in order to avail the Prize. Details of such tax amount will be provided to all the Winners via email.

The Grand Prize winner will be eligible to live the envied life which will consist of the following gratification:
** Luxury car local travel – Pick up & Drop
** 1 Luxury Suite for 2 days at a select 5 star property at Mumbai
** Air Tickets (To and Fro in Business Class from winner’s destination to Mumbai(Venue))
** Designer Wardrobe which will comprise of 2 set of formal wear, 2 pairs of shoes and 2 set of casual wear
** Meet & Greet with the two select celebrity (Lisa Haydon and Atul Kasbekar) over the 2 days
** A portfolio shoot (still) with the celebrities presented as a Photo Book
