Terms & Conditions:
** Marvel Tea It’s My Cup of Tea Contest is open for person(s) who ‘likes’ Marvel Tea Official Facebook page. Marvel Tea Estate India LTD. (herein after referred to as “Company”).
** Contest is effective from 20th September 2016 to 2nd October 2016 till 2.00PM. It is only valid for resident of India and over 18 years of age.
** To participate in the contest a user shall upload their TRAVEL TIME MEMORIES during the term of the Contest on the wall of Marvel Tea Official fan page on Facebook or on WhatsApp Number +91-9350659459 or on given email address club@itsmycupoftea.in or on website page https://web.archive.org/web/20170415142008/http://marveltea.com:80/marvel/itsmycupoftea.
** Only photographs uploaded on the wall on the Facebook page or on WhatsApp Number +91-9350659459 or on given email address club@itsmycupoftea.in or on website page https://web.archive.org/web/20170415142008/http://marveltea.com:80/marvel/itsmycupoftea will be accepted, no other means of submission will be accepted.
** We will be announcing winner within 3 days of end of this contest. On the same day Winner will be selected by Panel constituted by the Company. Winner will get one iPod NANO .
** Winner will be intimated on the fan page of Marvel Tea on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/Marvellimited. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for non receipt of intimation. The Winner will be required to submit their complete contact details.
** The decision of the Company will be final and participant shall have no right to object. The Company shall reserve the right to use all data, material etc. received as part of this Program as it may deem fit for its future promotions.
** The Company reserves right to withdraw or alter any of the terms & conditions of its offers at any time without prior notice. No correspondence shall be entertained with regard to the contest.
** The employees of Company, Service Providers or any associated companies and members of the immediate family of the employees of the Company will not be eligible to participate in the Contest.
** The laws of India govern the program. All disputes shall be settled by means of arbitration only. The Company shall have the sole right to appoint the arbitrator whose decision shall be final and binding. Place of arbitration shall be New Delhi.
** The Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage if it has to discontinue or cancel this Contest in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control. The participants shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation.
** This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You are providing your information to the Company and not to Facebook.
** If the winner will not claim his/her prize within 30 days of result announcement then company will not be liable to reward the prize claim.
** Marvel Tea will not be liable for any defect, warranty & replacement of gift article. Only manufacturer of the gift article will be liable for that.
** No cash / Gift item will be reimbursed against this prize.
