WorldofMoms.com ‘Newbie of the Month’ contest hereafter called ‘Contest’ will be governed by the following terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Participation in the contest is voluntary.
2. Participants are advised to read the ‘Terms and Conditions’ before participation. Participation in the contest shall imply that the participant has duly read and agrees to adhere to and bound by the ‘Terms and Conditions stated herein.
3. The contest shall commence from 2nd Oct 2016 and will run for the duration of 12 months. There will be 45 winner every month & winners of the contest will be declared within the first week of every month for the entries of the last month.
4. The contest is open to all the entries where the age of the baby is 3 months or less. Employees, officers and directors of www.worldofmoms.com and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives and immediate family members of such group companies employees are not eligible to participate in the contest.

“How To Participate”, “Winners”, & “Prizes”:
5. The contest will be hosted on https://web.archive.org/web/20190627192324/http://www.worldofmoms.com/ and followed by the below-mentioned steps-

Step 1:
** Log on to www.worldofmoms.com and click on contest, then click on Newbie of the Month dashboard
** Upload a picture of your baby (age must be 3 months or less) and add a caption

Enter following details:
** Name of the baby, Age, Gender
** Name of the Mom, Email_id, Contact No./Mobile No. (Verified by OTP)

Completion of step I, entitles all users with valid entries to be eligible to win a selection of prizes, which are shopping vouchers redeemable on Firstcry.com for Babyhug products worth rupees 40000/-. Completion of first step does not entitles the user to be eligible for a memory book and mega prize.

Step 2:
** After completing step 1, Participants have a chance to win a Free Memory Book and shopping vouchers redeemable on Firstcry.com for Babyhug products.
** For that Participants have to agree to the Terms and condition by ticking a check box and have to share there address details in the space given.
** With the consent of the Participants, their data will be shared with Aviva and Aviva representative will contact them, for the delivery of the “Memory Book” as per the terms of the contest.
** WorldOfMoms.com is absolved from any responsibility in terms of Aviva’s communication with Participants, once Participant data is shared with Aviva.
** Completion of step 2, does not entitle the user to be eligible for the Mega Prize.

Step 3:
** After step 2, Participants have to Register on the www.worldofmoms.com.
** Completion of registration procedure entitles participants to be eligible for a chance to win the Mega Prize that is “A Professional Family Photo Shoot”.
** Apart from Professional Family Shoot, Participants have a chance to win a Free Memory Book and shopping vouchers redeemable on Firstcry.com for Babyhug products.
** Photograph of the winner shall be published on our website i.e. WorldOfMoms.com

6. Entries must be completed in all respects for eligibility of any of the prizes in the contest.
7. WorldOfMoms.com reserves the sole right to shortlist entries and decide the Winner of the Contest and decision of WorldOfMoms.com is final and no complaints shall be entertained.
8. WorldOfMoms.com reserves the sole right to decide the place of Professional Family Photo Shoot.
9. Winner Must claim the Prize & submit all documents for review in the manner to communicate by WorldOfMoms.com.
10. WorldOfMoms has right to use any picture/video from photoshoot on www.WorldOfMoms.com or online for marketing and promotion purpose.

“Rejection/ Disqualification” & “Amend Rules”:
11. WorldOfMoms.com reserves the right to disqualify any entry if:
** Participant’s photo is not a baby photo.
** Participant has misrepresented the age of the baby.
** Participant does not own the submitted photo.
** The participant is using manipulative means to win the contest.
** Participants with blurred photos.
** A participant with incomplete details.

12. WorldOfMoms.com reserve the right to disqualify any participant/winner if it has reasonable reasons to believe that the participant/winner has breached any terms and conditions of the contest.
