Blippar World of Boost Terms & Conditions:

1. Blippar World of Boost (‘Activity’) is brought to you by GlaxoSmithKline (‘Organizer’).

2. The Activity is open to all Indian residents of 8 years of age or above, except the employees of GlaxoSmithKline and their family members, GlaxoSmithKline’s associate companies, its bottlers, its JV Partners, its co-packers, its distributors, its agents, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors and their associate companies (‘Participant’).

3. Activity is valid from 29th September, 2016 till 30th October, 2016 (“Activity Period”).The Organizer may in its absolute discretion curtail or extend the Contest Period, as it deems necessary without any liability whatsoever; and no communication in this regard will be entertained.

4. By participating in this Contest, a Participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all these terms and conditions as stated herein at all times without any exception whatsoever.
5. Purchase of Organizer’s product is necessary to participate in the Activity.

6. To participate in the Activity, the Participant has to follow the steps as detailed herein below:
a) Purchase Organizer’s product.
b) Download Blippar app from iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
c). Aim at the pack to scan the code.
d). Enter the Blippar world of Boost.
e). Take a selfie with Virat Kohli and share it on Boost’s Facebook page facebook.com/boostenerg… (“FB Page”) or Boost’s Twitter handle – @Boost_Energy (“Handle”) after having liked or followed the page or handle, to stand a chance to meet Virat Kohli.

7. Only such submissions of Participants meeting the criteria in Clause 6 above and otherwise complying with these Terms and Conditions, shall qualify for the Activity and shall hereinafter be referred to as ‘Valid Entries’. The decision of the Organizer with regard to validity of the entries shall be final and no claim or communication with respect to that entry by the Participant shall be entertained by the Organizer.

8. By becoming a follower of the FB Page or Handle, the Participant gives his/her free consent to abide by the rules, regulations, policies and obligations as mandated by Facebook/Twitter, as the case may be.
9. The Participants submitting their Valid Entries other than during the time of Activity Period as per Clause 3, shall not be eligible for the Prize (as defined hereinafter).

11. Participants can participate in the Activity as many times as he/she wants during the Activity Period, but can be selected as a winner only once.
12. Participants will be judged at the discretion of the Organizer.

13. A few selected participants stand a chance to win Virat Kohli. It is clarified that the Organizer’s commitment under this Activity is subject to the number and nature of entries received and the Organizer may limit the number of winners depending on the number of Valid Entries received.

14. The winners will also be asked to share their details i.e. name, e-mail address, contact no. etc. as requested by the Organizer on the direct message inbox.
