3. Gold Coin offer is not applicable on Kwid.
4. Benefits upto Rs. 80,000 is available on the DUSTER RxL AMT which includes price and offer benefits combined, Offers will vary across variants.
5. The gold coin offer is extended by dealership wherein the price of 1 gram gold coin has been taken as Rs. 3,000. Customer has an option of taking the equivalent amount of gold coin offer in form of cash discount if the car is bought between 1st – 31st October 2016.
6. Fuel Efficiency claimed is as per ARAI certification for Kwid 0.8L engine & Lodgy 85PS engine.
7. Celebrity meet & greet is based on lucky draw. The winners of the lucky draw will be announced on Renault India’s website and Facebook page.

10. All customer Bookings and Deliveries from 1st October to 31st October are eligible to participate in the contest. Retail invoicing of all the participants from 1st October to 31st October is compulsory criterion.
11. In case a participant has won a prize but he/she decides to cancel his/her booking or does not take delivery on or before 31st October, he/she will be disqualified from claiming the gifts/prizes.
12. The gifts/prizes will be delivered before 30th November 2016 only after the winners have taken delivery of their cars in October 2016.
13. The winners will be determined by a third party agency through random computerized process and the result shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
14. The procurement of prize, lucky contest and the delivery of Prizes will be managed by a 3rd Party agency.
15. Renault India Pvt. Ltd. Reserves the right to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute any information, details of this scheme to third parties without intimation.
16. Renault India Pvt. Ltd. Reserves the right to publish the photograph and / or the name of the winner in promotional materials and advertisements as it deems fit.
17. All Customers enrolled in this Program are liable to abide by the related terms & conditions.
18. This Program is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai only.
19. Winners will have to submit valid Identity & Address Proof (PAN Card / Voter Card / Ration Card / Passport / Driving License, etc.) to Renault India Pvt. Ltd.
20. In case, where the winner selected has given a residential communication address which is of outside India, then in such an event we do a re-draw to select another winner.
21. Decision of Renault India Pvt. Ltd will be final and binding with regard to the contest winner selection and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
22. On announcing the winner Renault India Pvt. Ltd, shall contact the winners on given contact number /E-mail. If the winners do not respond back to Renault India Pvt. Ltd. within 7 days or the email return as undeliverable or the winner declines the prize or winner is not contactable, the winner will be disqualified.
23. All offers are not transferable.
24. Renault India Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, if it has to discontinue or cancel this offer in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government, or for any other unavoidable reason beyond their control.
