Beautiful Home Contest:

The Asian Paints’ Beautiful Home Contest (“Contest”) is open to all Indian citizens residing in Delhi NCR region and will be applicable only to painting sites within the Delhi NCR region*.

Terms & Conditions :

** The contest is open for participation from September 1st, 2016 till November 30th, 2016.
** Paint purchase should have happened post 1st Aug’16.
** In order to be eligible to participate in the Contest, a consumer has to purchase 20 ltrs of any one or combination of; Royale Aspira/ Royale Luxury Emulsion/ Royale Shyne Emulsion/ Apex Ultima Protek(Top Coat) / Emporio PU/ Polyester/ Aquadur/ PU/ PU Palette of Asian Paints Ltd. The purchase must be for painting of the participant’s own premises at a single postal address.
** Only one entry per consumer against the purchase of qualifying quantity is allowed.
** The consumer is to register for the Contest and write in 200 words or less in English/Hindi “The best compliments they have received for their painted home”.
** Based on the merit, originality and creativity of the entry, 5 consumers will be shortlisted every month.
** The shortlisted customers will be contacted by Asian Paints and based on a pre-conveyed time, professional photography of their home will be carried out.
** The look & appeal, the aesthetics of house, beautification, creativity in painting etc. will be the basis on which winners will be finalised from the shortlisted consumers.
** All the entries will be shortlisted and judged by an independent judge. The judge’s decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.
** The winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone.
** This contest is independent and cannot be combined with any other offer or purchase of products other specified from Asian Paints Ltd.
** Asian Paints products are available for purchase without this scheme also.
** Asian Paints will not be responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries.
** Prizes are not transferable under any circumstances whatsoever and cannot be exchanged for cash. The entry will be validated by an Asian Paints employee or an associate/independent agency appointed by Asian Paints who will visit the site of painting to verify the purchase.
** Employees of Asian Paints Limited, its group companies, joint ventures, its service providers, agents and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
** Decision of Asian Paints shall be final and binding with respect to the Contest.
** Asian Paints reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Contest with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
** The results of the Contest would be declared and made known to all participants at regular intervals in leading publications in Delhi and at the closure of the Contest.
** To the extent permitted by law, APL excludes all warranties and representations (whether express or implied) and its liability (including without limitation for negligence) regarding the winnings/gifts.
** The customer will have to attach original invoice/s, as proof of purchase of required quantity paint product/s from an authorized dealer of Asian Paints with their entries.
** The Winners must have a valid permanent account numbers (PAN) card as issued by the Government of India. A copy of the same along with the copy of address proof and photo of painted house has to be handed over to Asian Paints’ representative at the time of collecting the winnings.
** All entries become the property of Asian Paints and Asian Paints may use the entrants’ names, addresses and photographs for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
** Participation in this contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the contest mentioned hereinabove.
** This contest shall be subject to the prevailing statutory laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this contest shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
