Yamaha Bonanza Contest :

1) Contest is applicable only for Delhi & NCR, UP, Punjab & Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttrakhand and J&K as per BAF existing locations in these states.

2) Contest is available on all Yamaha two wheelers vehicle financed by BAF India.
3) Coupons will be eligible for lucky draw only if the case is disbursed/ financed by BAF India.
4) Cases logged in only between 1st Oct 2016 to 8th November 2016 and disbursed/financed on or before 30th November 2016 shall be eligible for the lucky draw.
5) Draw date and Venue details shall be declared by BAF India on the website of the Company www.bafindia.com.
6) Approval and Disbursement of Loan at the sole discretion of BAF India.
7) Winners will get the confirmation through sms, letter, phone call or prize notification email as may be deemed appropriate by BAF India.
8) Lucky draw winners would be redeemed prizes only upon submission of original Coupon and verification of Original RC Card & valid proof of identity.
9) The winners may be required to participate in a photo taking session during the issuing of Lucky Draw gift. Pictures may be posted online or showcase in our shop front for display purpose.
10) BAF India reserves the right to disqualify all entries that do not meet the rules and regulations of the Lucky Draw. These include entries submitted with invalid or incorrect information.

Other terms & Conditions:
1. The draw will be done digitally.
2. Bumper prize cost will not exceed Rs 7.5 Lakh (all inclusive).
3. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items
4. The winners of the lucky draw will be notified by 31st Dec 2016 via a phone call or prize notification email. BAF India reserves the rights to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit.
5. Lucky Draw winners are required to respond within two weeks from notification date in order to be eligible winners. Winners that do not respond will be forfeited.
6. Where applicable, prizes not collected by decided date shall be disposed of at BAF India’s sole discretion.
