Bright Lifecare Private limited (BLPL)is holding a Contest known as Yeh Diwali Gold Wali Contest through its offline and online channels. By reading this contest terms and conditions AND participating in the “Yeh Diwali Gold Wali Contest” you irrevocably and unconditionally accept the same and you undertake to be bound by all the conditions contained therein without any kind of contestation and/or demur.

General Terms of Use:
** The Contest is a promotional contest applicable on purchase of BLPLTM MuscleBlaze products, conducted from (00:00 AM 10th October 2016 and 11:59 pm 20th October 2016)
** This Contest is open to citizens over the age of eighteen years
** To participate in the contest, a contestant needs to buy any Muscle BlazeTM product and authenticate the same within the contest period.
** Under this contest, the contestant has to purchase Muscle Blaze TM goods, and scratch the upper label on the jar and authenticate the same.
** The contestant will receive a message that the product has been authenticated. The 100 lucky winners shall be selected by a process of random selection by BLPL. The winners will be eligible for 100 gold coins or vouchers of equivalent value.

To participate in the Contest to win gold coins the following needs to be followed:
1.Purchase the Product and enter the code in the manner as stated above.
2.The Contestant must have purchased and shall submit the proof of purchase of Muscle Blaze product(s) at the time of delivery of prizes and If the Contestant fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for any prize in the contest.

** The products purchased under this contest cannot be returned. The lucky draw prize will only be dispatched 15 days post-completion of contest period. The products purchased under this campaign will come under the category of non-cancellation and will be non-refundable (except the cancellations due to manufacturing defects).

** The winner of this contest shall be directly contacted by BLPL on the phone number/E-mail id provided during the purchase . Only one attempt will be made to contact the winner at the Telephone number available with BLPL, thereafter the prize shall lapse unconditionally and irrevocably without further notice in this regard at the sole discretion of BLPL and the winner shall have no claim whatsoever on the Prize.

** The winner will be required to provide scan copy of Identification proof purpose. In case the winner does not respond at the time of communication, the prize shall stand revoked and BLPL is free to extend the prize to another contestant and the rest of the Terms & Conditions will remain binding on the said another contestant at the sole discretion of BLPL.

** By participating in the contest, the Contestant shall be legally bound hereby to release BLPL from liability and hold BLPL, and any of its employees or agents representing or related to BLPL harmless from any and all liabilities for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the contest, even if caused or contributed to by our negligence.

** Once BLPL has fulfilled the prize distribution as per these rules and regulations of the contest, no further liability may be held against BLPL, or its employees or agents.

How To Enter:
** The customer has to make purchase of MuscleBlaze Products between 00:00 AM 10th October 2016 to 11:59 pm 20th October 2016.
** The Contestants can enter the contest at any time during the contest Period.
** The Contestant will be eligible for prize only after the entire purchase has been delivered/received and not returned.

Prize:
100 Lucky prize- Gold coins or Gift vouchers of approximate value.

Eligibility:
** The Contestant must fulfill all eligibility requirements. The Contestant must be above 18 (eighteen) years of age and should be an Indian national.

** The contest is open to all, except for all employees and agents of BLPL, their affiliates, any other prize sponsor, any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the contest, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household whether related or not. Any such entry, even if successful, shall be canceled.

** This contest is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to enter into this contest.;

Every Contestant understands, recognizes and agrees that BLPL reserves the right at any time to verify the eligibility and disqualify any person who does not satisfy the above eligibility criteria at any time during the contest Period, without assigning any reason of the same

** The Contestant acknowledges that the contest is made on a “best effort” basis and participation is voluntary. The contest is entirely complementary, is contested to BLPL’s customers at no cost and is not detriment to the customers.
