QuizWin Season 5:

1. By participating in this Contest, You (hereinafter referred to as “Subscriber”) agree to be legally bound by and abide by the terms & conditions stated herein (T&C). You confirm and acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to conform to these T&C.

2. This Contest is valid from 16th October, 2016, at 00.01 hours to 25th October, 2016, at 23:59 hours (both days inclusive), hereinafter referred to as “Contest Period”.
3. This Contest shall not be clubbed/used in conjuction/alongside any prevailing offer/contest/promotion.
4. Buy a pack of 3 questions for Rs. 10 from www.paytm.com or Paytm Mobile Application or WAP portal to participate in the Contest.
5. Each Subscriber shall have to answer questions correctly to earn points wherein each successful/correct answer shall earn a Subscriber 10 points. There shall be no negative marking for any incorrect answer.

6. To continue further with the Contest, the Subscriber shall have to buy more packs to score more points. Available packs from which a Subscriber can choose are provided at https://web.archive.org/web/20160530190246/http://quizwin.mobi:80/P347166. The Subscriber shall get “pack options” to select from and post giving consent on Quizwin page, subscriber shall be charged.

Below are the various pack options currently available for the Subscriber:

7. A Participant can play a maximum of 50,000 questions only during the Contest Period. Further, there shall be no refunds of any charged amounts to Subscribers during the operation of this Contest.
8. The Subscriber understands and acknowledges that the questions shall be skill/knowledge based and questions asked from Subscribers shall be selected on random basis and in no particular order of difficulty.

9. During the Contest Period, three winners shall be chosen every day as “1st Daily Winner”, “2nd Daily Winner” & “3rd Daily Winner” respectively and post completion of the Contest Period three winners shall also be chosen as “1st Bumper Winner”, 2nd Bumper Winner” & “3rd Bumper Winner” respectively.

10. Subscribers must be active during the Contest Period on WAP/APP to be informed from time to time about their engagements towards Contest including but not limited to their scores. Each Subscriber shall be provided with his/her daily score update within a period of 48 hours from such day being completed.
