Your use and browsing of the Service is at your risk. If you are dissatisfied with any of the materials contained in the Service, with the quality of service, or with these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue accessing and using the Service. Eligibility :
** The Photo Contest is open for any person of any nationality who has clicked the photograph in India.
** The image must be your original work.
** All images should show Bird — in its habitat in the wild or in a captive establishment or wild landscapes and plants.
** Photos of nesting, feeding and juveniles will not be accepted.
** Image should be submitted as jpg/jpeg.
** Water marked photos will also be accepted for contest.
** Each jpg /jpeg image should be less than 2MB.

Entry Period :
Monthly Photo contest — Photo entries for upcoming month’s photo contest will be accepted till the last date of present month.

Elimination :
Photo contest will be conducted in two rounds

Round one:
** All received entries will be included
** Anybody can vote for any photo included and displayed for the contest
** One vote for each photo. You can vote for one or more photos of your choice.
** Round one open for voting for initial ten days of the contest.
** The photos will be ranked by number of votes they get during round one.
** The first ten photos will be included in round two, which is the final round of the contest

Round two:
** The photos which get rank one to ten in first round will be included in this phase.
** Voting will be re-initiated from zero.
** The photo which gets maximum votes of visitors to birderpics.com will be declared the winner.

What To Enter :
Entries should include metadata if at all possible.

Caption information should include:
** Location
** Name of location (ex: National Park)
** City
** State
** Country
** Detailed caption of subject matter

How To Enter :
All images must be submitted though BirderPics.com website’s Photo Contest section.

Judging :
** Photo which gets maximum number of votes by visitors to the website will be declared as winner of the contest.
** One visitor will be able to vote only once for each photograph. I.e. you can vote each photograph in the contest once.

Payment :
Photo entries for Photo Contest from September 2016 and beyond, each entry will be charged registration fee INR 100/—.
