Khushiyon Ki Diwali Offer:

Videocon d2h Khushiyon Ki Diwali Offer (“Offer”) is a promotional scheme which is being offered by Videocon d2h Limited (“VDL”), wherein a VDL’s Subscriber/Customers (“Subscriber”), can opt for upgrade to higher monthly subscription plan on the below mentioned Terms & Conditions at any time from 1st October, 2016 to 30th November, 2016 (“Offer Validity Period”).

The Offer is promotional scheme available to Existing & New Subscribers, from Videocon d2h and this Offer can be availed only during the said Offer Validity Period days.

Offer:
New Customer:
SD STB Subscriber:-
Customers subscribing to new SD STB connection shall be eligible for free upgrade to next higher subscription plan as per below mentioned grid in Table 1, for next 60 days.

HD STB Subscriber:-
Customer subscribing to new HD STB connection shall be eligible to get free upgrade to next higher subscription plan as per below mentioned grid in Table 1 for next 60 days + 1 month of respective HD add-on for free.

Existing Customer:
HD/SD STB Subscriber:-
A Subscriber having HD/SD STB & availing SD subscription plan shall be eligible for an upgrade to the next higher subscription plan as per the below mentioned grid in Table 2 for next 60 days, upon payment of additional sum of Rs. 10.

HD STB Subscriber:-
A Subscriber having HD STB & availing SD subscription plan with HD Add-on services shall be eligible for an upgrade to the next higher subscription plan as per below mentioned grid in Table 2 along with its respective HD Add-on for next 60 days, upon payment of additional sum of Rs. 10/-.

Eligibility
The Offer is open ONLY to Videocon d2h Subscribers.

Existing Customers means:
Those subscriber having VDL’s SD/HD STB & an Active Account Status.

The following person(s) shall not be entitled to avail this promotional scheme:
** New customers who intends to avail Flexi Pack services.
** Subscribers who have downgraded their plan during the Offer Period.
** VDL reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner deemed appropriate.

Terms & Conditions:
** The New Customer availing the Offer shall subscribe to a monthly subscription plan and thereafter will be upgraded to the higher monthly subscription plan for next 60 days as per below mentioned grid in Table 1.
** The New Customer will be charged only for subscription plan he/she has chosen at the time of availing the subscription services of VDL during the Offer Period, post which (i.e., from 61st day) the Customer shall be charged as per the higher monthly subscription plan offered to him.
** The Subscriber’s account should be in active state to avail to the Offer.
** Once subscribed, Subscriber cannot be de-activate / downgraded before completion of the Offer Period.
** The subscriber can only avail the Offer, once during the Offer Validity Period.
