Let’s Diwali Offer :

The ‘LET’S DIWALI” offer commencing from September 15, 2016 and is valid till October 31, 2016 (the “Term”) is hosted by Whirlpool of India Limited and/or its affiliates (“Whirlpool”) across India except the State of Kerala on the terms and conditions as stated hereunder (“Terms and Conditions”)

Terms and Conditions:
** The term Purchaser (the “Purchaser”) herein shall mean and include the Purchaser of Whirlpool branded Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Air Conditioner, Water Purifiers and Micro-wave Ovens (the “Whirlpool Products”) excluding accessories and value added services, during the term of the Diwali Offer.

** In order to be eligible for the Diwali offer, each Purchaser must purchase Whirlpool Products excluding accessories and other value added services.

** The Purchaser of Whirlpool Products would be entitled to an assured gift through gift card provided to him by the Dealer from whom the Whirlpool Products are purchased. However, the assured gift shall depend on the Low End (Silver), Mid End (Gold) and High End (Platinum) range purchase of Whirlpool Products as provided below.

** Low End (Silver) Tupper ware bottle set
** Mid End (Gold) Bajaj Non Stick Kadai with Lid
** High End (Platinum) Philips Salon Compact Hair Dryer
** The details of Low End (Silver), Mid End (Gold) and High End (Platinum) range of Whirlpool Products on which this offer apply are mentioned below and also on the gift card given to Purchaser at the time of purchase of Whirlpool Product.

Eligibility:
** The Purchaser must be citizens of India and residing in India. Residents of other countries and non-citizens of India are not eligible to participate.
** The Purchaser must have attained the age of 18 years.

Terms and conditions to claim the assured gifts:
To claim the assured gift, the Purchaser must provide the Invoice of purchase of Whirlpool product and other documents as required by Whirlpool or its designated representative/Dealer. The assured gift(s) can be redeemed by the Purchaser(s) at the time of purchase of the Whirlpool Products.

Other terms and conditions:
** Each Purchaser agrees to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by any decisions made by Whirlpool in its sole discretion, including any interpretations of the Terms and Conditions.
** The assured gifts depicted are on the basis of MRP and are indicative only. Whirlpool reserves the right to replace the assured gifts with similar gifts of a comparable quality and value as determined by Whirlpool in its sole discretion (the “replaced gifts”).
** The Purchaser shall collect the replaced gifts from the Dealer. Whirlpool shall not be liable for any loss or failure or delay caused in delivery or any issue related with the delivery of the replaced gift.
** Any taxes as per the laws, rules and regulations of Central/state government or local authorities shall be borne by the Purchaser(s).
** Assured gifts/replaced gifts are not transferable, assignable or exchangeable. The assured gifts/replaced gifts cannot be negotiated or refunded, and by no means will cash equivalent be given.
** Only the Purchaser, and no other person or agent, may claim the assured gifts or replaced gifts.
** Purchaser give an explicit consent to Whirlpool to contact them at present and in the future for any communication related to Whirlpool products, special offers, events and other consumer engagements.
** Whirlpool reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to change the Terms and Conditions and to alter/vary or terminate the Diwali Offer at any time without any prior notice in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control.
** The Purchasers shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation as soon as possible and Whirlpool shall not be liable for any loss to such Purchasers due to such discontinuation or termination. Purchasers agree to such amended terms.
