Cartoon Competition :

Entries for a Cartoon competition are invited from the general public in Kerala State in connection with the observance of Vigilance Awareness week – 2016.

Topic: “Corruption” and/ or “Integrity”
1. Language: Malayalam or English (only one entry per person will be entertained.)
2. Size: In a A4 size paper
3. Last Date of receipt of entries: October 25, 2016, 5.00 P.M.

4. Entries should be sent to
“The Assistant General Manager,
Vigilance Department, State Bank of Travancore, Head Office, Poojapura,
Thiruvananthapuram – 695 012”.

5. The participant should furnish his name, postal address, email address, cell phone no./ land line no. one pass port size photo along with the cartoon.
6. If send by post the cover should be super scribed as “Vigilance Awareness Week 2016 – Cartoon Competition”
7. Age: 18 years and above.
8. Age proof: Copy of PAN card, Driving license, pass port or any other valid proof acceptable to the bank. If student, a certificate from the Head of the institution to this effect/ copy of the school ID card.

9. Results: Results will be announced on October 28, 2016 and will be displayed in the Head Office notice board at Thiruvananthapuram and in the Bank’s website, “statebankoftravancore.com”. The prize winners will be notified in person also. The winners can collect the prize from the Head Office, Thiruvananthapuram in a function proposed to be held on November 05, 2016 or can collect from the branch of SBT nearest to his residence within 30 days from the date of announcement of the results.

10. Prize: The winning entries will get the following prizes
First ` 10,000.00
Second ` 7,500.00
Third ` 5,000.00

11. Employees of State Bank of Travancore and their dependent family members are not eligible to participate in the competition.
12. The participants should furnish a signed undertaking – “the cartoon is his own and has not been copied from anywhere”.
13. The bank has the right to use, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store the winning entries in any form.
14. All taxes are to be borne by the winners.

15. The decision of the bank is final regarding rules, conduct, results and any other matters relating to competition and no correspondence or discussion shall be entertained, in any form.
