Postpaid Scratch & Win Offer :

** The ”Scratch & Win” offer is applicable for New Postpaid acquisitions only and any existing mobile number will not be considered for this Offer

** Activation date of the new Postpaid mobile number should be between 21st October’2016 and 30th November’2016 to be eligible for the Offer
** For offer eligibility, customer’s new mobile number should be activated on the specified tariff plan – “iplan” and Monthly Rental of the tariff plan should be “> = Rs 299”
** After Activation customer shall call on IVR 121338 from the newly purchased eligible mobile number. The IVR number shall be accessible from Home network only.
** If the activation date falls between the above mentioned period, the customer shall have to punch in the Coupon code mentioned on the Coupon on the IVR
** Post coupon code validation, customer needs to punch Gift Scratch Code mentioned at the back side of the coupon
** On the Basis of the successful entry & validation of coupon code and Gift Scratch Code, revert SMS shall be sent to the subscriber mentioning the Prize details
** Customer can claim the Prize only after three months after paying the first three months Billing amount in full and active tariff plan on the eligible mobile number should be iPlan with rental of >=299 during the tenure of 3 months.
** If customer has won 1GB of 3G data then the free data pack will be activated within 48 hours of the revert SMS informing him of the prize won
** Customer shall have to show original ID proof which was submitted at the time of activation for collecting the prize from the same My Idea store from where the eligible mobile number was purchased
** The offer can be redeemed only once during the offer period. One scratch Card is applicable for One eligible mobile number only.
** The gift redemption will be applicable till 31st March’2017 only. No redemption requests shall be entertained after the last date.
** The Prize / Scratch Card cannot be substituted or encashed. The Prize cannot be replaced with any other products.
** Only an Indian citizen who is 18 years of age and above shall be entitled to participate in this Offer. Person below 18 years of age can participate only through his /her parent
** Once the scratch card is used, the same scratch card cannot be returned or reused.
