Terms and Conditions :
1. Competition is open for children who maintain Kishor Bachat Yojana Accounts, Minor Accounts (Saving and Fixed deposit) & Bal Bhavishya Yojana Accounts in our branches.
2. On 30th September, 2016 participants should be below 12years for Group A and below 18years for Group B

3. Participants have to select one topic from the topics given for respective group for painting and write up. Only one entry (Painting & Write up) can be submitted per participant. Participant should relate the topic to the main theme ‘A Brighter World’.

4. Painting should be on Art paper of 18 inch width x 12 inch height size Participants can do the Painting in any medium like pencil colour, water colour,poster colour, crayons or oil colours. PMC Bank will not provide drawing sheets or painting materials.

5. Participants should submit a write-up of not more than 100 words describing the painting. The write up should be only in English or Hindi language.

6. The participant must write Full name, Group name (A or B), Branch name, Account number, subject selected on reverse drawing paper and on top of the write up. All the paintings and write up along with duly filled & signed form after affixing photograph should be submitted to PMC Bank branch. Entries incomplete in any respect will not be accepted.

7. Completed drawings should be submitted to the branches of the Bank where the participant maintains account, on or before 31 October, 2016. The paintings & write up will not be returned.

8. Painting & Write up must be original & unpublished work of participant.
9. The Bank is not responsible for detached / lost/ delayed/ damaged or mislaid submissions.

10. PMC Bank reserves the right to select final 12 Paintings & write ups. 12 best paintings & write ups will be used in PMC Bank annual calendar. The participant and/ or parent/ guardian should not have objection for this. However, PMC Bank will not entertain any disputes or differences.

11. Only winners names will be informed by the Bank. The Bank will not be responsible for any delay in announcing winners of the Competition. No inquiries will be entertained by PMC Bank regarding this. PMC Bank may reward the winners suitably. It reserves its right in this regard.

12. For better presentation, the right of editing the painting/ write up remains solely with PMC Bank. No Claim should be raised by Participant/ parent/ guardian in case of any alteration done.

13. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, PMC Bank reserves the sole right to change the terms & conditions .
14. Failure by PMC Bank to enforce any Terms & Conditions in any instance(s) shall not give rise to any claim by any person.

15. PMC Bank reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria, at its sole discretion at anytime during its validity.
