Terms & Conditions :
The participation in the competition held by foodpanda is possible only under the following terms:
Participation :
1. This competition is being held by foodpanda.
2. This competition is open to all residents of India above the age of 18 Years.
3. Foodpanda employees may not participate.
4. Participation is possible multiple times.

Winners/Entry :
1. The winner will determined by foodpanda.
2. Winners will be selected via an automated prize draw.
3. Participants agree to be contacted via E-mail and/ or SMS.
4. Decisions will be final.
5. Winners agree to be notified via E-mail and/ or push notifications within 2 weeks after the end of the competition. The prizes will be delivered to the winners within 2 weeks of winner announcement.

Prize :
1. Winners will get Gift Vouchers from Shopclues and Freecharge.
2. It is not possible to exchange any prize for its monetary worth.
3. Participants are not allowed to exchange prizes offered and won by Foodpanda or appropriate affiliates, for other goods or money.
4. If foodpanda does not receive claim to the offered prize by the winner, the prize can not to be claimed after 28 days of winner announement.

Disqualification :
1. Any user who tries using technology or other means to distort the result of the competition will be immediately disqualified
2. In the event of a disqualification, the next-ranked candidate will receive the prize and so on.

Freecharge T&C :

2. Maximum cashback of Rs.75 can be availed.
3. Offer is valid twice per customer on foodpanda via Freecharge.
4. Offer applicable on the Foodpanda Website & App (Android & iOS).
