Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon :

Participation in the marathon is open to all above the age of 18 years subject to the marathon qualification criteria.

All finishers of the marathon race category will get a finisher medal post their run on race day– medals will not be posted to individual runners. Timing certificates of marathon finishers will be available for download from the event website within 21 days from race day.

Entry Rules And Guidelines :
You may use a photocopy of the physical or downloaded form from the event website, scmm.procamrunning.in to send in your application.

Only one applicant can apply for the Event using a single form. Also, do not send in more than one entry per person; multiple applications will entail all being rejected.

Applicants must submit their entries only via the Application Modes mentioned in this form. No individual/group has been authorised to collect entries on behalf of the Event.

Individual entries: One representative can submit up to 10 individual application forms only.

Before sending in your application, please check if you
** have filled in details against all mandatory fields prefixed with ‘*’ in the application form;
** have attached a copy of your latest timing certificate as may be required to confirm you under priority line up on race day (if applicable);
** have affixed a copy of your latest colour passport sized photograph on the form;
** have attached a copy of either your Aadhar card, PAN card or passport to the form;
** have enclosed the requisite application fees (refer to ‘application fees’ chart);
** have signed the ‘waiver’ in the application form;
** have met the minimum age of 18 years as on race day (i.e. born on or before 19.11.1998)

Group Entries:
Group entries will be accepted ONLY for the Dream Run, Senior Citizens’ run and Champions With Disability categories. NO GROUP ENTRIES will be accepted for the Marathon and Half Marathon race categories. Visit cmm.procamrunning.in/race-categories/dream-run/group-application for more information.

Where any discrepancy is found in the above mentioned mandatory requirements, your application will not be accepted.

For marathon and half marathon runners –
** On entry confirmation, marathon and half marathon runners will be further classified into age categories for prize money. For information on prize money, log on to the event website.

** The line-up sections specified in respective application forms are indicative and may undergo a change, which will be communicated on the event website post closure of all registrations.

Application status:
Applicants are required to go online on scmm.procamrunning.in and check their individual application status, post 15 working days of submission of application. Entries not accepted:
Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your entry is not confirmed for any reason, the entry fees paid by you will be refunded on or before 31st December 2016.

An amount of Rs. 100 will be deducted as processing charges. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event Registration Team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 31th January 2017.

Requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained. Further, application fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect his/her bib from the Expo.
