Terms & Conditions:
1. Customers to be rewarded only on purchase transactions on POS/ePOS using digiSavings done during the offer period, i.e, 20th October to 30th November, 2016
2. Fund transfers to other account will not qualify for the offer
3. Domestic daily limit for any POS transaction via debit card is INR 1,00,000
4. An e-wallet customer can only spend upto INR 10,000 per day or any other limit specified by RBI. They are however not a part of this promotion
5. Weekly winners will get their vouchers after the promo period, and before December 15, 2016
6. The bumper prize would be given before December 30, 2016
7. Voucher usage has to comply with terms & conditions of partner (www.flipkart.com Vouchers would be valid till 3 months of end of offer period
8. Offer will be governed by the laws of India and subject to courts in Mumbai
9. Tax liability arising from the offer if any will be solely borne by the customer
10. The Vouchers is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-replaceable. DBS is entitled to replace the Prizes with item(s) of similar or other value without prior notice.
11. You consent to our collection and use of your personal data and the use and disclosure of your personal data by/to third parties for the purpose of the Contest. You agree to the terms of the DBS Privacy Policy, a copy which can be found at www.dbs.com/privacy.
12. DBS will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the Contest.
13. DBS will have the final decision on all matters regarding the Contest. No correspondence would be entertained in this regard.
14. This Contest is subject to force majeure events. These terms are in addition to the general terms and conditions applicable to your bank account.
15. This Contest is voluntary and by participating in the Contest, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
16. DBS reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend or discontinue the Contest, the website and/or these terms and conditions or any part thereof at any time without prior notification.
17. Each term stated here is separate from the others. If any of these terms are found void or unenforceable by the relevant regulatory authority/law enforcing agency of India, that does not make the other terms void, and the other terms will remain enforceable.
18. This Contest will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
