Terms & Conditions:
1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chance of winning.

2. Eligibility:
The Campaign is only open to legal residents of India, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of OPPO Mobile India, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

3. Agreement to Rules:
By participating, the contestant agrees to be fully & unconditionally bound by these rules and you declare to meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of OPPO Mobile India as final and binding.

4. Campaign Period:
Entries will be accepted online starting on November 14, 2016 and ending November 20, 2016.

5. How to Enter:
The contest entry must fulfil all necessary requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of OPPO Mobile India.

While entering the contest, you must remember:
** You may enter only once.
** You must provide the information requested.
** You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
** If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of OPPO Mobile India.

6. Prizes:
The winner(s) of the contest will receive a brand new OPPO Camera Phone (New Model) Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by OPPO Mobile India. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at OPPO Mobile India’s discretion.

The prize is non-transferable. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for OPPO Mobile India to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Winner Selection and Notification:
Winner will be selected randomly under the supervision of OPPO Mobile India. Winner will be notified by a reply from OPPO on his/her comment. First winner will be declared on November 15, 2016 by 11:50 pm (IST). Second winner will be declared on November 17, 2016 by 11:50 pm (IST). Third winner will be declared on November 20, 2016 by 11:50 pm (IST)
