** The promotional offer is being managed by Motilal Oswal Securities Ltd (henceforth referred to as MOSL)

** The promotional offer is limited to select clients chosen by MOSL (record of these clients is maintained by MOSL, hence any customer not in the list will not be a part of the promotional offer)
** Cash back will be given on all brokerage generated in the first 30 days of account opening and maximum cash back will be given upto Rs.5000 on brokerage
** Lowest brokerage will be charged based on the margin given by the customer
** Account opening fee worth Rs.500 will be waived off for accounts activated from Nov 1st 2016 TO Nov 30st 2016 only.
** Only those clients who have generated minimum brokerage of Rs.500 during this period would qualify for the offer
** Only brokerage will be credited and other statutory charges will be levied as usual

** The risk management policies and other internal policies of MOSL applicable on the clients and trades executed by them would be applicable on the trades executed through this facility also
** Any employee/partner of MOSL will not be included in this scheme, even though their name might appear in the list
** Client must be active as a Client of MOSL, at the time when brokerage is credited
** Brokerage cashback will be credited to your account by Nov 30st 2016 .
** The select clients for the promotional offer will be informed by email or telephonic call
** MOSL reserves the rights to withdraw this scheme any time before the validity period mentioned above and the same will be communicated by email.
** In case of any dispute, the decision of MOSL management will be final and binding
** This scheme is independent and is not to be merged with any other offer or schemes
