Google Street View Contest:

1. This Google Street View of the A320 and A330 aircraft contest (the “Contest”) is organised by AirAsia Berhad (the “Organiser”).

2. The Contest will be held from 10:00 (GMT +8) 21 November 2016 until 17:00 (GMT+8) 25 November 2016 (“Contest Period”).

3. The Contest is open to everyone over eighteen (18) years of age on the date of entry, excluding any permanent and/or temporary staff or employees of the Organiser, P.T. Indonesia AirAsia, Thai AirAsia Co. Ltd., Philippines AirAsia Inc., AirAsia X Berhad, PT Indonesia AirAsia Extra, Thai AirAsia X Co. Ltd., AirAsia Japan, AirAsia Inc., AirAsia (India) Limited, Go Holiday Sdn. Bhd. and TPaay Asia Sdn Bhd (“Participants”).

4. The Contest is free of charge for Participants.

The Winners and the Prize:
5. Five (5) winners (each shall be referred to as a “Winner”) will be selected after the end of the Contest Period.
6. The Winners will be announced by 17.00 (GMT +8) 28 November 2016 (the “Announcement”) on the AirAsia Facebook page.
7. Each Winner will receive five thousand (5,000) AirAsia BIG Points and one (1) ROKKI Wi-Fi Chat Plan token (the “Prize”).
8. The Winner will be contacted after the Announcement at any time deemed appropriate by the Organiser via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organiser.
9. Within seven (7) days of the Announcement, the Winner must provide their AirAsia BIG Member ID and contact details to the Organiser for Prize redemption.
10. Subject to paragraph 9 above, the five thousand (5,000) AirAsia BIG Points will be credited to the Winners’ AirAsia BIG Member account by 31 December 2016, and one (1) ROKKI Wi-Fi Chat Plan token will be emailed to each Winner by 31 December 2016.
11. The Prize is not exchangeable and/or refundable by cash or any other benefit in kind.
12. Subject to the Terms and Conditions herein, the Prize is not transferable and may not be utilized by any Participant’s family and/or friends or any third party. The Organiser may require proof of identify of the Winner but nothing herein obliges the Organiser under any circumstance to enquire, ascertain or investigate the identity of any person(s).

Conditions:
13. A Participant must be an AirAsia BIG Member before they submit their entry for the Contest. If a Participant is a Winner they must remain an AirAsia BIG Member until 31 December 2016 for the Prize to be allocated.
14. A Participant will only have a chance to win the Prize if they submit an entry with the correct number of AirAsia BIG and ROKKI logos.
15. The Winner will be selected at the Organiser’s sole discretion.
