#TheJungleBookOnStarMovies Contest :

The following are the terms and conditions governing the “#TheJungleBookOnStarMovies” contest  hosted by Star India Private Limited  for the promotion of” the film “Disney’s The Jungle Book  on Star Movies SD and HD & Star Movies Select HD  from 23rd November 2016 at 12:00 PM (IST) to 27th November 2016 11:59 PM (IST).

The contest shall be held on Star Movies India Facebook profile at the URL https://www.facebook.com/StarMoviesIndia/  with the Star Movies India page  from November 23rd to November 27th, 2016.The Contest shall commence on November 23rd, 2016 at 12:00 pm Indian Standard Time (“IST”) and will end on November 27th, 2016 at 11:59 pm IST

Principle Rules-:
1. To participate in the Contest the Participant(s) shall follow the procedure as detailed below:
a) Participant(s) must be citizens of India and of 18 (eighteen) years of age or above at the start date of the Contest Period. The Participant(s) should not have criminal conviction or an arrangement or a contract that prevents the Participant(s) from participating in the Contest.

b) Employees of and/or consultants of and/or persons hired on contract by Star India and the members of their immediate family members are ineligible from participating in the Contest.

c) All Participant(s) must have a valid Facebook account to be eligible to participate in the Contest. For the sake of clarity, it is hereby agreed to and confirmed by the Participant(s) that the same does not include a Facebook account opened and operated by a family member and/or friend of the Participant(s).

d) The Process of the Contest:
i. Participant(s) are required to choose the Jungle Book frame from the frames dropdown on Facebook (the link of which will be provided as part of the contest post) and upload to their profile pictures. Once uploaded, participants will need to take a screenshot of their profile pictures with the frame and send the image to Starmovies@startv.com to be eligible to win (“Entry/Entries”).

ii. Entries that are not submitted to the email id will be considered null and void.

e) For the avoidance of doubt, for the purpose of calculation of the time period taken by the Participant(s) to publish an Entry, Star India shall rely on the time stamp of such Entry. Star India’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding.

f) It is the sole responsibility of the Participant(s) to ensure that the Entry submitted does not infringe the rights of any third party including rights in any intellectual property and shall be original in form. Duplicate Entries and/or two or more identical Entries shall be disqualified from the Contest.

g) The Participant(s) shall ensure that the Entry is decent and is not immoral, defamatory, abusive, offensive, insensitive, libelous or blasphemous to any person, religious sect or section of the society, defamatory of any person deceased or alive, etc.

h) Each Participant shall follow the Facebook page. Failure to comply with the same shall render the Participant(s) Entry invalid.

i) All valid Entries shall be inputted into the randomizer. At the end of the Contest Period, out of all the Entry/ies received within the Contest Period, One (1) Participant whose Entries are valid and compliant on the aforesaid parameters and shall be randomly selected vide the randomizer shall be eligible to win the Contest (“Shortlisted Participant(s)”).
