Super Day Sale Contest :

1. “Super day sale” Contest (herein after referred to as the “Contest”) is being organized by Vivo India.

2. Follow @Vivo_India on Twitter, Instagram & like @VivoIndia official Facebook page.
3. The contest is valid to all the residents of India, above the age of eighteen (18) years.
4. To enter the contest, participants will have to like & share the contest post from Vivo India Facebook official page
5. It is mandatory for all the participants to share the contest post on their personal profiles, keeping the shared post open to ‘Public’.
6. Contest Duration: 26-11-2016 to 02-12-2016
7. Contest Platform: Facebook
8. Winners will be chosen randomly at the sole discretion of Vivo India and shall be final & binding on all participants.
9. Winner will need to share their details within 48 hours of the name being announced along with a picture/scanned copy of a valid photo ID proof.
10. Contestants have agreed and consented to put up their comments on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram. Vivo India shall not be responsible or liable for any comments/remarks put on the site by the public. Vivo India reserves all the rights to change the gratification for the winners of the contest. In the case of any changes winners will be informed by a message on their Twitter handles.
11. Any entries that are protected by copyright or trademark, without the permission of the author or the owner, defamatory, illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, harmful or unfit according to Vivo India will not be considered valid and may be removed from the page.
12.Vivo India reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the terms and Conditions applicable to the contest.
13.Vivo India can, at its India’s discretion, disqualify any participating contestant in case the contestant is not abiding by the rules of the contest.
14.All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
