Wedding Celebration Go Goa Offer:

This contest is open for all Godrej Appliances customers from all states except Tamil Nadu who have made purchase of Godrej appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners & microwave ovens) worth Rs 20,000 or more under a single invoice, between 13th November 2016 to 12th December 2016 (both days inclusive).

Eligibility:
** Minimum age to participate in this Contest is 18 (Eighteen) years & is open to all Indian citizens residing in India except Tamil Nadu. Employees working in Appliances division of Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. & their family members and any employee of the advertising and promotional agencies engaged by Godrej Appliances division (‘organizers’) are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
** By participating in this Contest, the Participant (You) are deemed to accept unconditionally the Terms and Conditions of the Contest, including the Promoter’s Privacy Statement set out below. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.

Participation & Selection of Winners:
** Post purchase of any Godrej appliances worth Rs 20,000 or more, customers willing to participate in the offer, will have to visit www.godrejappliances.com/GoGoaOffer & fill in required details such as Name, mobile number, email ID, product, pin code, city / town & shop of purchase.
** Winners will be chosen at random by means of lucky draw at the discretion of Godrej Appliances. The decision of Godrej Appliances shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
** There will be 30 winners for this offer & winners will be selected daily from 13th November 2016 to 12th December 2016 (both days inclusive). The winners will also be contacted by Godrej Appliances separately.
** Post selection, purchase made by winners (& as submitted on offer page) will be verified by Godrej Appliances team via a visit to customer’s place.
** All participants are hence required to preserve original receipt of purchase / invoice. Without furnishing original receipt of purchase / invoice, the participant will not be considered as winner.
** The winner will be announced on Godrej Appliances’ Facebook (www.facebook.com/GodrejAppliances) & Twitter (www.twitter.com/godrejappliance) pages periodically.

Gratification:
** The winners will be awarded with holiday package for 3 days & 2 nights’ stay in Goa at Club Mahindra resorts.
** The holiday package will be for 2 persons & can be availed between 27th January to 31st March 2017.
** This holiday package will include cost of stay (exclusive of all meals) at the Club Mahindra resort & return air or rail fare from cities mentioned below to Goa (airport or train junction).
** These cities are: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Bhopal, Kochi, Nagpur, Jaipur, Lucknow & Bhubaneshwar.
** The winners will have to make their own travel arrangements from their base cities to the cities mentioned above & from Goa airport / train junction to resort for both to & fro journeys.

** The responsibility of availing holiday package from Club Mahindra rests with the Winners only. Club Mahindra will offer the holiday resorts subject to availability.
** Winners shall indemnify and hold Godrej harmless of any action, cost or loss incurred by winners by reason of violation of any of the terms hereinabove.
** During their stay at the holiday resort, winners shall spend half an hour with Club Mahindra Advisor.
** Winners will have to confirm holiday details to Godrej Appliances via email (will be shared later) at least one month in advance in order to make necessary travel arrangements.
** In case winners fail to do so, Godrej Appliances will not be responsible to make necessary travel arrangements. Godrej Appliances will choose the most appropriate mode of travel after consulting with winners & winners will not be able to change the travel bookings once confirmed with Godrej Appliances.
** Godrej Appliances will not accommodate or bear charges towards rescheduling or cancelation of travel bookings.

** The holiday package is by & at sole discretion of Club Mahindra. Godrej Appliances disclaims any / all liabilities, cost or expenses whatsoever that may arise in relation to the holiday package.
** Godrej Appliances reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend, or discontinue the contest without giving any reason or prior notice.
** All disputes related to this contest shall be subject to the laws of India and jurisdiction of Mumbai courts subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd.
