Welcome To Thukratwadi Contest:

1. The contest titled as ‘Welcome to Thukratwadi Contest’ (‘Contest’) shall be conducted by Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (“ZEEL”) in relation to promotion of its show titled as ‘Chala Hawa Yeu Dya’ (‘Program’) which is currently broadcasted on its channel Zee Marathi (“Channel”).

2. The Contest shall be organized by ZEEL in the month of December 2016 and shall be effective between the period December 5, 2016 to December 28, 2016 commencing from 19:00 IST on December 5, 2016 and ending at 12:00 IST on December 28, 2016 (“Contest Period”).

3. Each person who shall participate in the Contest in the manner provided herein below is hereinafter referred to as “Participant”.
4. During the Contest Period, ZEEL shall, at its own discretion, on every Monday and Tuesday falling during the Contest Period, post on its facebook webpage url https://www.facebook.com/. (“Facebook Page”), one unique/new quantitative question related to the episode of the Program aired on the Channel on that particular day, with two options comprising one right and one wrong option.

5. To participate in the Contest, Participant shall: a) Post his/her reply/answer in the comment section to the Questions; b) Post his/her reply/answer within the duration of the Contest Period and the specific Timeline for each question.
6. A valid entry for the purpose of this Contest is where the Participant had submitted the reply/answer strictly in the manner provided hereinabove, with his/her valid, genuine and existing facebook user id (“Entry”).

7. From amongst the Participants, who had submitted the Entry, ZEEL at its sole discretion and on a random basis, for every Monday and Tuesday falling during the Contest Period, shall select one (1) winner each for such Monday and Tuesday respectively, from the Participant/s who shall give the correct answer to the Questions and declare such Participants as the winner/s of the Contest only upon its complete satisfaction that such Contest Winner(s) fulfil all criterion, terms/conditions specified herein and other relevant terms/conditions and is/are not barred by any law, regulation, rules etc.

8. Notification that result for the Contest of a particular week is out, will be posted on the Facebook Page, on the Friday of that particular week, with a further instruction that the Participants shall click on the link provided therein and download Zee Marathi App (‘App’) where a video declaring the name of the Contest Winners, will be accessible by all the Participants.

9. The Contest Winner/s selected and declared during the Contest Period will be eligible for such prizes which are of such category, brand and value as decided by ZEEL at its sole discretion (“Prize(s)”).

10. As a Prize(s), the Contest Winner(s) will be entitled to watch the Program live on a date as pre-decided at the sole discretion of ZEEL and details of which shall be shared with the Contest Winners in the manner described in the preceding clause. The Prizes may be modified/changed/revised at the sole discretion of ZEEL and no further communication in this regard shall be entertained by ZEEL.

11. ZEEL shall not be liable to bear any expense that may be incurred by the Contest Winners in relation to consummation of the Prize(s), including but not limited to any cost/expenses incurred by the Contest Winners towards conveyance undertaken to reach the shoot venue, food expenses during the journey undertaken to reach the shoot venue and while watching the live shoot of the Program etc. and the Contest Winners shall at their sole cost make such arrangement/s well in advance.

12. Eligibility for participation in the Contest:
Participation in this Contest is restricted only to Indian citizens with an address proof validating their proof of residence and who are above 18 years of age as on the date of this Contest.
