By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements set out herein below.

Terms and Conditions :
** The contest will run from 1st Dec. 2016 to 5th Dec. 2016.
** Each day, users will be required to perform a different task or activity to confirm their participation; this can be done through the following networks: Facebook, Twitter & Instagram.
** Each day, we will introduce a new hashtag for users to Tweet/comment with.
** Users must also tag all or one of the following handles/pages in all their communication to qualify as participants: @RedChilliesEnt, @ExcelMovies, @RaeesTheFilm.
** Users must also include their current city of residence as a hashtag. (#Mumbai, #Delhi, #Moga and so on) to qualify as participants.
** Winners will be picked at random and announced on 6th Dec. 2016.
** Participation in the contest does not guarantee any entrant the status of a winner or eligible for any rewards or gratification of the contest.
** Gratification of special screening/live interaction with Shah Rukh Khan is valid only in these nine cities: Moga (Punjab), Jaipur, Kolkata, Delhi, Indore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Surat.
** Winning grants entry to the live screening but does not guarantee participation in the live interaction with Shah Rukh Khan.

Eligibility:
An entry to Contest is open to persons who are residents of India, who are 18 (eighteen) years of age or above as on as on the date of entry and who have a valid Twitter account.

Participation:
Entrants may participate in the Contest by answering all questions in the manner as may be required by Red Chillies Pvt. Ltd. or Excel Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. Entrants shall not participate in the Contest more than once.

Contest Period:
Each day’s contest is valid on the day the task for it is posted. Once the next task is announced, entries to the previous task will be disregarded.

Winners:
Out of all the entries to the Contest during the Contest Period, any number of entries, as per the judges discretion, will be picked as Winners. In the event, more than the decided number of winners submit the correct responses to the entire Contest, only the final number of Winners shall be selected on the basis of random selection.

Each of the Winners will be eligible to attend the theatrical release of the Raees trailer on Wednesday, 7th December at 11 am in the cities as communicated to the winners by Red Chillies Entertainment or Excel Entertainment (“Prize(s)”).

Winners shall be required to furnish such information as required for the purpose of verification of identity and availing of the Prize. If any Winner is found to be below 18 (eighteen) years of age or a non-resident of India as on the date of entry, he/she shall be disqualified.

Prize Selection:
The Prize selection for the Contest shall take place at the registered address of Red Chillies Entertainment Private Limited or Excel Entertainment Private Limited. The judges may determine the correctness and validity of the entries of entrants in their sole discretion.

The judges’ decision shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into about the Contest or the judges’ decision(s). It is hereby clarified that the information provided by the entrants on entering the Contest is required to be true and correct and needs to be submitted within the timelines as set out on the contest communication.

In the event, the information provided by the entrant is found to be untrue or false, the judges shall have all rights to reject the entry, at their sole discretion.
