Renault December Celebration:

** This Offer is applicable on all Renault cars.

** All customer Bookings and Deliveries from 1st December to 31st December are eligible to participate in the contest. Retail invoicing of all the participants from 1st December to 31st December is compulsory criterion.
** In case a participant has won a prize but he/she decides to cancel his/her booking or does not take delivery on or before 31st December, he/she will be
** disqualified from claiming the prize.
** The winners will be determined by a random computerized process and the result shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
** The delivery of Prizes will be managed by a 3rd Party agency.
** 27 cars will be given out in the December celebrations offer. The Draw will be taken out on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday only. Sunday Bookings and deliveries will be clubbed with Monday
** Renault India Pvt. Ltd. Reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Program at any time without any prior notice.
** Winners of the lucky draw will be announced every week on Renault India’s website and Facebook page after selection of the winner from bookings of prior week.
** Renault India Pvt. Ltd. Reserves the right to vary, add or amend any of the terms & conditions mentioned without any prior notice.
** Renault India Pvt. Ltd. Reserves the right to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute any information, details of this scheme to third parties without intimation.
** Renault India Pvt. Ltd. Reserves the right to publish the photograph and / or the name of the winner in promotional materials and advertisements as it deems fit.
** All customers enrolled in this Program are liable to abide by the related terms & conditions.
** This Program is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai only.
** Winners will have to submit valid Identity & Address Proof (PAN Card / Voter Card / Ration Card / Passport / Driving License, etc.) to Renault India Pvt. Ltd.
** In case, where the winner selected has given a residential communication address which is of outside India, then in such an event we do a re-draw to select another winner.
** Decision of Renault India Pvt. Ltd will be final and binding with regard to the Contest winner selection and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
** On announcing the winner Renault India Pvt. Ltd, shall contact the winners on given contact number /E-mail. If the winners do not respond back to Renault India Pvt. Ltd. within 7 days or the email return as undeliverable or the winner declines the prize or winner is not contactable, the winner will be disqualified.
** Offer is not transferable.
** The promotion as well as gratification is subject to force majeure.
** Renault India Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, if it has to discontinue or cancel this offer in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government, or for any other unavoidable reason beyond their control. Participants shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation as soon as possible.

Ltd. reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this contest or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any person, the bases and methods of identification of winners and the dates of the Contest.

Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the Contest, including any act or omission relating to any person’s participation howsoever caused, any error in computing any contest chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment and any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post.
** This Offer is not applicable in Tamil Nadu.
** There will be 27 winners nationally (Not applicable in Tamil Nadu). These winners will be announced on Renault.co.in and Renault India’s Facebook page.
