RMO Regional Mathematical Olympiad 2015 :
In this site, you will find all the required information related to the Regional Mathematical Olympiad which is going to be conducted in the State Telangana on 6th of December 2015 across several centres in the region. You will also find some information related to the International Mathematical Olympiad as well as some sample question papers which were used in the previous years. Please browse the site using the links spread across the website.

The application for participating has to be made online. For Last Dates, please visit the dates section.

Note that, this is the only exam leading to participation in International Mathematical Olympiad. No other contests are recognized for this purpose.

Eligibility:
The RMO is meant primarily for students of Class IX–XI. Note that, XII (12)th std students CANNOT appear for the RMO. As special cases, exceptionally talented students from Class VIII may be allowed to appear at the discretion of the Regional Coordinator.

Please note that the RMO is the first step in selecting the Indian team for the IMO! This requires special talent in problem-solving and interest in Mathematics.

For participating in the Regional Mathematical Olympiad 2015 for the region Telangana, a candidate must be studying in a school located in the Telangana state.

Important Dates:
Following are the important dates related to the conduct of the Regional Mathematical Olympiad 2015 in the region Telangana.
1. Online submission of applications starts on: 1st September 2015.
2. Online submission closes on: 20th October 2015.
3. Last date by which the signed application form and DD shoud reach the RMO regional co-ordinator: 1st November 2015.
4. Hall tickets would be generated and emailed from: 20th November 2015.
5. Date of test: 6th December 2015
