Datsun Test Drive Contest

These general conditions for promotions and contest (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions of Contest’) apply to contests and other promotional activities organized by NISSAN MOTOR INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter “Provider”).

The campaign period is from 8th December 2016 to 20th December 2016. A participant possessing valid driving licence shall participate in test drives during campaign period and thereby eligible to participate in the contest. By participating in the Provider’s contests, the participant agrees to the following Terms and Conditions of Contests.

Terms and Conditions :
** The Prize is a Meet & Greet Event With Bollywood Star Mr. Ayushman i.e a chance to spend a day with the Celebrity (Subject to the availability of Celebrity and his time and as per the discretion of provider hereinafter called as the“Prize”
** Winner will be selected on sole discretion of provider
** Location of meet and greet will be confirmed by provider 2 days before meet and greet
** Winner will be given to and fro travel ticket to reach at meet and greet venue in case he/she is from outstation.
** Winner has flexibility to bring 1 of his family member to meet and greet event.
** Meet and greet dates are subject to change in case of any schedule change requested by celebrity or provider.
** Deliverables of meet and greet event will be on sole discretion of provider
** Winner shall present his valid driving licence on demand of provider as a mandatory process
** Excluded from participation are staff and relatives of the Provider (including its subsidiaries) and cohabiting partners or family of the aforementioned employees. As well as any participants/suppliers in respect of the particular contest (including advertising agencies, advertisers, sponsors or producers).
** The participant is obliged to provide accurate, current and complete information when participating in the contest. The Provider may request a winner, before presenting the award or prize, to provide Self-attested copies of valid ID and address proof for documentation.
** The provider has the right to cancel In case of any errors in documentation or company procedure. The Prize / Gratification can be cancelled by provider on its own discretion.
** The decision of The Provider is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding results and the awarding of the prize.
** The prize is personal and will be registered in the name of the winner.The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or payable in cash or other products or services. In case of refusal or non-acceptance of the prize or conditions that are inherent to the contest, the prize will not be awarded. In that case, the Provider is entitled to choose another winner.
** The winner will be informed by the provider about the date & time of Meet & greet event subject to the availability of Celebrity and subject the discretion of provider.
