Offer Details:
The Offer will commence at 00:00 hrs on December 18, 2016 and end at 23:59 hrs on December 21, 2016 (“Offer Period”).

To participate in the Offer You must to do/ fulfill the following:
** Age must be 18 years or above;
** Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same;

Note:
** Shop for any amount and make an entry by answering the question which appears after an order confirmation on the Platform or on the Offer banner on the homepage of the Platform.
** If You have made multiple entries during the Offer Period, only the first instance will be considered for the purpose of this Offer.
** The top 1000 participants with the most interesting entries (“Winner/s”) will receive Gift Cards (“GC”) worth the order value of their total purchases during the Offer Period or Rs. 10 000.00, whichever is lower (“Prize”).
** The Winners will be announced on December 22, 2016 on the Website and Our social media handle. Winners will also receive an email to their registered email id confirming the same.
** The details of the GC will be sent to the registered email id of the Winners on January 7, 2017.
** You acknowledge and confirms that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorised persons.
** You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.
** Winners who cancel all their orders placed during the Offer Period will no longer be eligible to claim the Prize.
** The same shall however not be applicable to Winners who cancel some of their orders (but not all) placed during the Offer Period and the Prize shall comprise of the order value of the remaining products purchased or Rs. 10 000.00, whichever is lower.

General Terms And Conditions:
** This Offer is valid only in India.
** The Offer is open to only end consumers and not the resellers of the Products.
** Prizes shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart and are not transferable.
** Flipkart reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Offer, at any time without any prior written notice.
** Participants are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

** The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart.
