It is open to all individual participants who:
(i) are above 18 (eighteen) years of age;
(ii) are resident of India;
(iii) hold a valid passport;
(iv) have a valid Facebook account;
(v) have a valid Twitter account; and
(vi) have not previously won a contest organized of similar/identical nature.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Worldwide media has conceptualized and is producing the Television show (“Show”) ‘Nexa Journeys On The Asian Highway 1 Driven By S Cross’. Association of Maruti Suzuki India with this show is in the capacity of a sponsor.
2. ‘Nexa Journeys On The Asian Highway 1 Driven By S Cross’ is a television show that will be broadcast as a 7 episode series on the Discovery India Network.
3. The Contest shall commence on 15th December 2016 at 12:00 hours and shall conclude on 25th December, 2016 at 23:59 hours (“Contest Period”). Entries received after the Contest Period shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest.
4. To participate in the Contest, the participants (“Participants”) need to log on to (“Page”) and complete the contest (“Question”).
5. The winner (“Winner”) of the contest will be entitled to be a part of the show as the prize (“Prize”) wherein they are taken on a road trip from India to Thailand Via Burma on the Asian Highway 1 by the organizer or their representative.
6. Worldwide Media indemnifies Maruti Suzuki India against all claims, disputes, liabilities and damages that may be raised by the participants & winner of this contest.
7. By participating in the Contest, the Participants agree to be bound by any rules; regulations, guidelines or policies (“Rules”) associated with the Contest and agree to be bound by any decisions made by the Organizer, including any interpretations of such Rules by the Organizer.
8. By participating in the Contest, the Participants represent and warrant that the Contest Answer provided by the Participants shall be original, not in breach of any third party rights and shall not defame/offend any person, sect, cast, etc.
9. The Participants confirm that the Contest Answers shall not be obscene, vulgar, defaming, denigrating women, artist, celebrity or children, hurting religious sentiments, depicting violence or against the public policy of India or/and the internal policies of the Organizer.
10. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the Participants immediately from the Contest if Participants have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading details and/or information, of any nature and/or have failed to abide by the Rules and/or are in breach of the terms hereof.
11. It is also expressly clarified that if any Participant has previously been declared as a winner of a similar and/or identical contest organized by the Organizer in the past, the Organizer shall, at its discretion, be entitled to disqualify such Participant.
12. The Organizer shall endeavor to announce the name of the Winner within 1 (one) working day of the end of the Contest Period.
