App Train of Cards Contest:

This Train of Cards contest (“Contest”) is brought to you by Motorola Mobility India Private Limited, Lenovo Group Limited and Amazon Online Distribution Services Private Limited (collectively, “Brands”) and is made available on the mobile application of www.amazon.in (“Mobile Application”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”).

Eligibility:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Details Of The Contest And How To Enter:
This Contest will be available on the Mobile Application for the duration mentioned below:-
a) On December 22, 2016 from 10:00:01 am (IST) to 09:59:59 pm (IST); and
b) On December 23, 2016 from 10:00:01 am (IST) to 09:59:59 pm (IST) (individually, “Contest Period 1” and “Contest Period 2” and collectively, “Contest Period”).

** In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must sign-in to or sign-up from an account on the Mobile Application.
** Amazon will be displaying four (4) kinds of cards on page during the Contest Period. The number of cards to be displayed will be at the sole discretion of Amazon. In order to participate in the Contest, a customer must earn points by spotting the cards (details mentioned herein below) and clicking on them across the page on the Mobile Application.

There will be 4 (four) kinds of cards displayed on the Mobile Application each with different points value:
** Jack = 10
** Queen = 30
** King = 100
** Ace = 500

** The top 5 point scorers during Contest Period 1 will become eligible to receive Moto G4 Plus mobile device (hereinafter referred to as “Prize 1”).
** The top 10 point scorers during the Contest Period 2 will become eligible to receive Lenovo Phab 2 Plus mobile device (hereinafter referred to as “Prize 2”).
** In case of a tie amongst the customers, winners will be declared from a random draw of lots amongst those with equal points. Such selected winners will receive an e-mail notification from Amazon with a Contest question and follow the steps to be entitled to win Prize 1 or Prize 2, as the case maybe.

In addition to the above:
a) there will be a random draw of lots amongst the customers who have drawn 8 or more cards during Contest Period 1, and one such selected customer will receive an e-mail notification from Amazon with a Contest question and will be required to follow such other steps as mentioned in the e-mail. If the selected customer answers the Contest question correctly and follows the steps mentioned in the e-mail, the customer will be selected as winner for Fitbit Flex 2 (“Prize 3);

b) there will be a random draw of lots amongst the customers who have drawn 8 or more cards during Contest Period 2, and one such selected customer will receive an e-mail notification from Amazon with a Contest question and will be required to follow such other steps as mentioned in the e-mail. If the selected customer answers the Contest question correctly and follows the steps mentioned in the e-mail, the customer will be will be selected as winner for Fitbit Charge 2 (“Prize 4”); and

c) The first 1,00,000 (One Lakh) customers to collect 10 cards during Contest Period 1 and Contest Period 2 will be entitled to get INR 50 as Amazon Pay Balance.(“Prize 5” and collectively Prize 1, Prize 2, Prize 3, Prize 4 and Prize 5 are hereinafter referred to as “Prizes”). Customers have to verify their mobile number on Amazon to become eligible to win Prize 5. Amazon Pay Balance in the form of Amazon Gift Cards issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited (“Amazon Gift Cards”) will be subject to the Amazon Gift Cards terms available here.
