JOS Contest Terms & Conditions:

1. This contest (“Contest”) is open to all Indian citizens and permanent residents who are at least 18 years of age (“Participants”), EXCEPT employees (and their immediate families) of JOS and the agencies associated with this Contest.

2. This Contest begins on 1st of November 2016 and ends on 31st December 2016 (2359hours IST time) (“Contest Period”). JOS reserves the rights to amend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice. All entries received outside the Contest Period will be disqualified.
3. Each Participant has to download and purchase at least one month employee subscription INR 115 worth, during the Contest Period, and send a text message in the following manner (“Contest SMS”) to +91 9638435268
4. Normal text message charges apply. Prepaid card subscribers are not eligible to participate. Participants will receive an acknowledgement of receipt text message after their submission.
5. All Contest SMS must be received by 11:59PM of 31st December 2016.
6. Each Participant may participate in this Contest more than once. However, each SMS will entitle the Participant to participate in this Contest only once.
7. Any incomplete, incorrect or late Contest SMS will automatically be disqualified.
8. The winning entries will be determined solely by way of a draw.

9. There are a total of 255 prizes. Details of the prizes are as follows:
Grand Prize x 1:
1 X Gold 10 g + 1 X Gold 50 g, participants have to purchase yearly subscription of employer INR 6,900 worth.

First Prize x 1:
1 X Gold 10 g + 1 X Gold 25 g, participants have to purchase half yearly subscription of employer INR 3,450 worth.

Second Prize x 1:
1 X Gold 10 g + 1 X Smart phone, participants have to purchase quarter yearly subscription of employer INR 1,725 worth.

Consolation Prizes x 250:
1 X JOS T-Shirts

10. JOS will hold the lucky draw on 3rd Jan 2017 at 3pm atJobsonsight International Pvt.LTD, 203, Regency Plaza, PrernatirthDerasar Road, Prahaladnagar, Ahmedabad 380015, Gujarat.
11. Winners of this Contest (“Winners”) will be notified by JOS within 14 days of the lucky draw by phone to the mobile number used to enter this Contest.
12. Prizes are strictly not transferable or returnable or exchangeable for cash or any other item. JOS may at its sole discretion substitute or replace any prize with any other equal or similar value (in kind) selected by it without prior notice.
13. Winners have to produce their original ID proof and the original PAN card.
14. Winners shall be informed of the details relating to the redemption of their prize in due course.
15. Prizes must be redeemed on or before 15 Jan 2017. Prizes not claimed by such date shall be automatically forfeited and shall be donated to a charitable organization of JOS’s choice, subject to compliance with any applicable laws.
16. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, directors, officers and employees of JOS, its agencies and companies associated with this Contest are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained in relation to participation in this Contest or during the course of accepting and/or using any prize.
17. Any costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and/or use not specified in these Terms and Conditions are the sole responsibility of the Winner
18. Winners shall, at JOS’s request and free of charge, participate in any promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) in connection with this Contest.
19. Jobsonsight International Pvt Ltd (“JOS”) is the organizer of this Contest.
20. JOS reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Contest, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions.
