The Oneplus 3T App Only contest  is brought to you by OPlus Mobitech India Private Limited and is made available on the mobile application of www.amazon.in by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited. Please read these terms and conditions before entering the Contest.

Eligibility:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Residents of the state of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to enter the Contest since such contests are prohibited in the state of Tamil Nadu under the Tamil Nadu Prize Schemes (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

Details of the Contest & How to Enter:
** This Contest will commence from January 27, 2017 at 12:01 a.m. (IST) and end on January 29, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. (IST) (“Contest Period”).
** In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must sign-in to or sign-up from an account on the Mobile Application.
** To participate in the Contest, you must purchase a One Plus 3T smartphone from the Amazon App (“Product”).
** Thereafter, you will be entitled to a random draw of lots which will be carried out amongst participants who have purchased the Product(s) within the Contest Period.
** A total of twelve (12) participants will be selected by a random draw of lots (12 customers who have purchased OP3T 64GB)
** The twelve(12) selected participants from the draw of lots will receive an e-mail with a Contest question which is to be answered within the stipulated time period as mentioned in the e-mail and follow such other steps as mentioned in the e-mail.
** The participants who answer the Contest question correctly and within the stipulated time period will be announced as the Contest winner(s) on or before 20th February, 2017.
** The declared winner(s) will be eligible for winning an Amazon.in Gift Card, issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited worth INR 29,999/ (For OP3T 64GB ) (hereinafter referred to as “Gift Card(s)”).
** Each participant will be eligible to receive only one Gift Card under this Contest each.
** A participant will not be eligible for this Contest if the participant returns and/ or exchanges a Product and in such a case participation in the Contest will be deemed withdrawn.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Other Contests:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any Gift Card/ prize awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

Prizes:
There are a maximum of 12 (Twelve) Gift Cards to be won under this Contest. The Gift Card will be delivered to each winner on or before March 30, 2017

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.
