WYS Jewellery Fest/ Contest 2015:
Eligibility:
The WYS Jewellery Fest is open to legal residents of India only. The Fest and Contest(s)are only applicable to WearYourShine.com only. The discounts, vouchers and prizes are not applicable at any of the PC JEWELLER showrooms. Entry to the contest is strictly to people over 18 years of age. At any given point in time, you may be asked to provide proof of age and identity to WearYourShine.com or a Third party. Employees and Relatives of the sponsor “WearYourShine.com” and any entities affiliated or related to “WearYourShine.com” shall not be eligible to enter the contest. For the purpose herein, the term “relative” shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.

How to Enter:
The Fest and Contest(s) begin on June 13, 2015 and end on June 30, 2015 (the “Promotion Period”). To enter, you must ‘LIKE’ our Fan page on Facebook and fill-up all the fields in the entry form. Any details found incorrect or partial will lead to rejection or disqualification. Existing fans are not automatically entered into the Contest(s) and are required to fill the form to do so. All of these contests are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook. The information provided by you is strictly to the ‘Sponsor’ and not to Facebook. Questions regarding this Contest(s) should be directed to the sponsor, not to Facebook. See point 8 on how to get in touch with the sponsor.

Limitations to Entry:
Only one entry per person is allowed via the entry form. Entries via e-mails are strictly not accepted. WearYourShine.com reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Entries may be subject to verification prior to prize drawing. Mechanically reproduced entries or tampered entries are not permitted and will be disqualified. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged or incomplete entries, or for transactions that are processed late or incorrectly computed or are lost, all of which are void, because of computer error or malfunctions.

Announcement of winners:
The winners for the Daily Treasure Hunt and Daily Pop Quiz will be announced the following day. For the WYS Tagline & One-Liner and Share & Win contests, the winners will be announced on July 1, 2015. The announcement of the winners shall be final and the decision of same shall rest solely with WearYourShine.

Odds:
Odds of winning the prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received along with the total number of shares of contest posts & likes and referrals to the contest(s) in addition to the right answers for Daily Treasure Hunt and Daily Pop Quiz; and the best tagline and one-liner for the WYS Tagline & One-Liner contest. The announcement of the winners shall be final and the decision of same shall rest solely with WearYourShine.

Prize(s):
Please note all the below mentioned prize(s) are awarded by WearYourShine.com and Coupons would be applicable at WearYourShine.com only. All prizes will reach within 10 days of completion of the fest.

Winners of the Daily Treasure Hunt will be awarded a 10 gram Silver Coin and Coupons worth Rs. 5,000 applicable on WearYourShine.com only and will be valid till September 30, 2015. There will be one winner per day.

Winners of the Daily Pop Quiz will be awarded One BookMyShow voucher worth Rs. 500/-. There will be one winner per day.

Winner of the Share & Win contest will be awarded Coupons worth Rs. 5,000/- applicable on WearYourShine.com only and will be valid till September 30, 2015. There will be one winner at the end of the fest.

Winner of the WYS Tagline & One-Liner contest will be awarded jewellery worth Rs. 10,000/-.

Other Rules:
No two offers can be clubbed together. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize with one of the comparable or greater value. PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, BY SPONSOR.

Winner Notification / Prize Claim:
Winners will be announced on our Facebook page and will be notified via email, provided valid email address was entered while entering the contest. The winner may be required to mail us some documents necessary for Identity verification, the details of which will be communicated via email by the sponsor. In the event of non-compliance with the Rules of the Contest, or if prize or prize notification is unclaimed or returned as undelivered, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.

By accepting the Prize, the winner(s) consent to the use of their name, likeness, voice and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
