Magical Space Adventure Contest :

1. All eligible individuals are requested to go through the detailed terms and conditions before participating.

2. This Magical Space Adventure Offer (“Offer”) is being conducted by Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd (“Colgate” / “Company”) from 1st January 2017 to 28 Feb 2017 (“Offer period”).
3. All major eligible individuals residing in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka, can participate in this offer, subject to the terms and conditions set out herein, which will be presumed to have been accepted by him/her.

4. Purchase of Colgate Strong Teeth pack is not a condition precedent to participate in this Offer.
5. One can get an opportunity to participate in this Offer by giving a missed call to a toll free number 18001214411 which shall also be printed on the POPs in store or communicated on any other advertising media.
6. Calling on any of the Toll-Free numbers and registering an entry in accordance with the aforesaid instructions does not confer upon the caller any right to win the Offer.

7. Details of the Prizes to be won are as follows:
Lenovo Tab 2 WiFi Model – A7 20 or Lenovo Tab 3 WiFi Model TB3 710 F Maximum Worth Rs.5000/-

8. From the registered participants of the Offer, vide random sampling by computer, total 40 entries who have answered the question correctly will be selected, and will be entitled to win tabs as per specifications mentioned under term 7. Colgate does not have any discretion, choice or hand in the selection process.
9. Each winner will be entitled to only one prize

10. All winners would be sent a form requiring particulars to be filled up in order to claim the prize. Incorrect or incomplete details shall not be entertained. The winners shall also need to submit a photocopy of the following documents, which is mandatory to claim the prizes: i)Driver License OR ii) Passport OR iii) Voter Identity Card (any one as proof of address) AND PAN Card The cost of postage would be borne by the Company.

11. In the event that Colgate does not receive the relevant documents as required within two weeks of establishing contact with the winner, then the said winner shall be disqualified and shall not be entitled to receive the Offer prize.

12. The Offer Prizes subject to the above will be given to the winners on cross verification of the details provided as mentioned in clause 10 with the details provided in the mail at the time of participation so as to ensure that only the actual caller who had participated is rewarded with the Offer prize. Upon verification, if the same is found inaccurate then the person shall not be eligible for the prize, even if the Participant has won the same.

13. The tab shall be handed over to the winner i.e. the parent / guardian of the child, by a Colgate employee at the store where the purchase was made. Colgate shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the tablet once it has been delivered to the winner.
