The Specific Terms and Conditions, and the General Terms and Conditions, are collectively herein after referred to as “Terms and Conditions” for the McDowell’s No.1 ‘Jaisa Yaar Waisa Award’ Contest for the states of Uttar Pradesh, Punjab,Haryana, West Bengal,Jharkhand, Tripura, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh,Sikkim & Maharashtra.

Specific Terms and Conditions:
The Terms and Conditions apply to every person (“Participant”) entering the McDowell’s No.1 ‘Jaisa Yaar Waisa Award’ (the “Contest”) conducted by United Spirits Limited (“USL”). By entering this Contest, all Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you are not agreeable to any of the Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in this Contest.

At the time of entering the Contest, the Participant must be a resident of India and must be an Indian citizen. Participant and the friends accompanying the Winners and/or nominated by the participants to receive gratifications under this Contest must not be less than twenty five (25) years old.

The age of all Participants and their friends to be calculated from the date a Participant submits his/ her entry for the Contest. All entries in this Contest will be automatically disqualified without notice if an entrant is less than twenty five (25) years of age or if he/ she promotes this Contest through unsolicited commercial e-mail and/or multiple postings.

This contest is applicable only for residents of West Bengal,Orissa, Jharkhand,Assam, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, and Chandigarh, Goa. The contest starts from 15th Feb 2017 (“Start Date”) and end on 15th May 2017 (“closing date”).

To participate in this contest Participants must complete their entry by:
** Purchase 180ml, 375ml or 750 ml pack of McDowell’s No1 Original/Luxury whiskey.
** Open the bottle & locate the unique code printed under the cap for 180ml & 375ml pack OR the Flap of the 750 ml pack mono-carton.
** SMS the unique code under the cap to 9008590085

The above actions will make the participant eligible for assured reward:
** Recharge of INR 10/- + song download in Maharashtra
** Recharge of INR 20/- + song download in UP/PB/HR
** Song download states of Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Sikkim & Tripura

** To win higher prizes {Uber discount voucher, Movie ticket discount voucher, Restaurant meal Discount voucher & Trip to Mauritius ( with 2 other friends) }; the participant needs to complete the following steps in addition to the above.
** Receive an IVR call.
** The participant will have to answer the question asked during the IVR call by pressing the correct button on phone for the right answer.

** Final selection of the winner will be done randomly by a computer basis random selection
