Youth Vibe 2015 will be a Roller Coaster ride from resonant,arguementative Debates to the sweet melodious solo performances,from hard core rock shows to vigorous cricket matches,from moves of a dancer to buzzer of a quizzer,from innovative picopter to intelligently planned business strategy,from angle of a photographer to expressions of an actor,from gala star night to global summit of social challenges,from classy autos of vintage era to fast and furious next generation sporties.All these in fusion with unmatched aura of Science and Technology will amuse your nerves.

Along with such overloaded bundles of joy, the vibrancy of Incredible India and the sensation of appetizing cuisines from land transcending oceans will make you feel it much like a wonderland.

GENERAL INFORMATION :
All events shall be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulation for every respective event published by the host University on the official website. The decision of the organizing committee will be abiding in case of any matter pertaining to the competition, change in Venue/Date/Time or any other unforeseen circumstances. The teams are requested to follow strictly the schedule and should report to the venue at least half an hour before the commencement of the competition. Contestants are required to carry their recent identity cards of the contestants duly signed by competent authorities of their respective University. Any indiscipline may amount to be debarring of that team/individual.

Any individual/team leaving the stage under protest shall be deemed to have lost the competition.

Fee /Caution Money/Accommodation charges /Messing Charges

Registration fee shall be charged event wise as prescribed on the official website. However for extra ordinary size contingent i.e number of students participating from a campus is more than 25, special consideration may be done on the recommendation of Dean Student Welfare of the respective Institute to the Organizing Secretary of the Fest. Unfurnished dormitory type/room accommodation will be available for participants. However the beddings shall be available on rent @ Rs. 60/- per day or Rs. 250 for all 5 days of the fest.

Participants can avail accommodation 24 h (one day) prior and till 12 hrs (one day) after the closing ceremony.

To ensure safety of the belongings, participants are advised to bring their own locks.

Food has to be managed by the contestants on their own from the enumerable stalls or hostel mess available in the campus.

In campus Facilities :
The LPU Campus in houses all basic and advanced facilities desired by students. Some of the salient facilities are as follows:

S B R M Hospital: LPU has its own SBRM Hospital that’s has 50 bed separate wards for male & female with dedicated set of qualified doctors, modern medical store, medical testing facilities, physiotherapy centre & 6 dedicated ambulances in case of emergency.

Banking, Postal & ATM Services: The campus has branches of 6 Banks in it with over 30+ ATMs inside the campus. It also has its own Post Office.

Hostel Facilities: The campus has 7 Boys Hostel & 6 Girls Hostel, all with dedicated messes and food kiosks and departmental stores in it.

Eating Joints: The Campus has over 200 food courts and kiosks. LPU also has franchise of famous brands such as CCD (Café Coffee Day), Domino’s, Lovely Sweets & Golden Wok. Shopping Joints: LPU in houses a fully fledged shopping mall in campus with outlets of famous brands such as Ray bann, Maybelline, Lakme, Loreal, Nevia, Class mates, DELL, HP, Sony, Acer etc.

Fun & Fitness Centre: LPU has an in campus ulta-modern fitness centre named “Fitness Edge” spread over 15000 Sq, ft with facilities such Spa, Sauna Bath, Steam Bath, etc.

Wi Fi Facility: The campus is fully Wi Fi enabled with a band width of 600 MbPs.

Cash Prize Policy (Valid for LPU Students)

In any solo event if the number of participants is less then three, no cash prize shall be sanctioned. If the registration is three or four 50% of the prescribed amount shall be sanctioned. And five and above full cash
