SOAR FOR MORE –Case Study Competition :
Rules & Regulations :
Step 1: Online Registration
1. The competition is open to 2nd year MBA students of IIMA, IIMB, IIMC, IIML and one year MBA students of ISB.
2. Form a team of 3 members from the same institute.
1. Go to lodhagroup.com/corporate/careers/soarformore.php and register your team.
3. One student can be part of only one team.
4. On registration, a confirmation mail will be sent to the registered email-ID.
5. Registration for the competition opens on 25-09-2015 and will close on 30-09-2015.

Step 2: Submission of Case Study Solution
2. Download case study from lodhagroup.com/corporate/careers/soarformore.php.

3. Presentation should not exceed 10 slides. However, you can provide additional supporting slides if required. File size should not exceed 5 MB.

4. You can also upload an excel sheet with your workings. File size should not exceed 2 MB. Excel sheet is not mandatory.

5. Each member of the team is required to submit an introduction of 500 words about themselves and their achievements in a combined PDF file. The combined PDF file should contain the introduction of all 3 team members. File size should not exceed 1 MB.

6. Files should be named as <Institute name>_<Team name>.ppt/pptx/xls/xlsx/pdf

7. Upload your solutions at lodhagroup.com/corporate/careers/soarformore.php. Link will be active only after registration closes.

8. Teams are expected to submit their entries on or before 23:59 hours on 15-10-2015. Upload link will be deactivated post that.

9. Two teams from each campus will be shortlisted for the final panel presentation.

10. Results will be announced on our website on 30-10-2015.

11. Qualified teams will receive separate confirmation mails.

Step 3: Panel Presentation and Interview
1. Qualified teams will present their solutions to a panel at the Lodha corporate office.
2. There will be a Q&A session with team members after their presentations.
3. Top 2 teams will receive cash prizes.
4. Members of the Top 3 teams will be awarded Pre-Placement Interviews (PPI).
5. Teams with PPIs will go through our selection process for Pre-Placement Offers.
